Top marks for the dieting, Vinni.
It's easy-peasy, forget about all the gimmicky books, potions & other sundry bollox, you just need to be determined & strong, & it seems to me you are.
Keep at it man.

Doner kebab (elephant's leg off the spit) is just complete and utter crap and a dieting no-no of all no-no's.
I had a few friends over for a world cup game last year. I bought 5 doners but got them to pack meat salad and chilli sauce in separate containers. After the footy I lit the bbq and we cooked the meat again. The amount of fat that came off of the doner as it was cooking was shocking. I also tossed the salad in a vinaigrette dressing and warmed up the chilli sauce before we all tucked in and assembled ourselves. It was very nom nom nom and almost felt “healthy” lol.

Welcome to my diary Mr dickie.
Ever bought a doner late at night, been too drunk to eat it, and woken up to see the fat has solidified? It almost put me off eating them ever again. Thankfully, I was strong enough to get over it.

Why, yes I have Vinster! With cold chocolate pudding for a breakfast time dessert - omnomnom.

No, but shared a room with a guy who bought a kebab, fell into a drunken sleep face down in it, the fat & sauce congealed/dried it over one eye & he panicked that he was blind in one eye when he woke up. My hangover didn't feel NEARLY as bad after that laugh

kebabs are basically the one junk food that I've never seen the appeal of. never had one in my life. the recent posts in this thread only confirm that my original read was correct.

Two things are certain in this world:
1) Vin will be at Luton tonight
2) Vin will have some sort of kebab (probz a donner) on the way home
GL wiv both (the latter needs more luck imo)

Sort it out Scotty, best takeaway there is!
Also it's probably the healthiest thing I eat. All good, apart from the pitta bread. Grilled chicken, grilled lamb, onion, lettuce, cabbage, tomato, cucumber, chili peppers. As long as no kofte and defo no doner, it's pretty healthy stuff. Accompanying beers less so.

16st 11 at last night's weigh in, so 4.5 lbs lost. Will attempt to cut more crap out this week, and hopefully lose some more.
Had a steak last night to celebrate, wth potatoes and vegetables. No chips
Played the comp at Luton last night, had to fold aces to Chandra is the 2nd level last night, hated it. Eventually went out level 4 with 10 10 v 7 7. Was fairly short stacked, so shoved. The guy said, Why did you have to have 10's? Why couldn't you have AK? So i replied, Why did you have to hit a 7 on the turn? He laughed. Flop... Q 2 6, River 7! Everyone laughed. Sigh.
Played cash for a while, nothing really exciting happening, grinded for about 4 hours up to £440, then went fishing. I called a raise of £12 with 78cc, flop was A64ss, I check called £15 with the plan of representing any scare cards on the turn, as i thought he has probably missed this flop, Oh, and I have a gutshot
Turn is a 10, and I check call £25, same plan, & now a double belly buster, still thinking he hasn't really got any of this. River
I lead for £100, and he moves all in for £450
I made a brave call with the nuts. Had announced I was leaving 10 mins earlier, so waited for 15 mins or so and called it a night.
Might head up for the £40er at Luton later, enjoyed it last week.
