Toms playing heads up in the stars 11$rebuy vs I think the worst player I've ever seen vin my entire life ever. It makes pretty comical viewing, check it out his sn is orfilins, toms is Min-raiseFTW.

12k ftw, 9 locked up

WINNNNERRRRR. ty for CambridgeAlex for mentoring me through the tough HU grind vs my expert Russian opponent, was a real grind. JK i can confirm, worst player EVER.

Losing these big all ins is getting pretty tiresome, I'm sure it'll turn around soon...

Yeah. That'll happen.

I guess you were right sir.

Tonight it was more like gruesome rather than tiresome.

Lost pretty much the biggest pot of my life, in brutal fashion.

The game was amazing tonight, 2/5 with some of the biggest donators in the midlands. A category in which I am firmly placed at the moment.
2/5/10 Utg raises to £30, mitch calls, btn calls, I make it £150 with the red kings   . All three call....here we go...

 The flop is a seductive

With 600 in there, playing a grand and the way the game was playing, I decided the best course of action was to shove. Get a call from the utg chap who has , we fade the turn but not the river.

Was definitely the most gutted I've ever been after losing a pot. Feel alright about it now. Well, I'm smiling, only cos Tom won 12 bags in that tourney and I'm super happy for him, the kid needs a roll booster

GGd 2k before 10.30pm tonight. That's a new record. So I've headed home for an early bath.

KK into AA for 1k each, then made a bad call vs Terry who'd flopped trips against me in a 3b pot with 85. On a 7k downswing. getting sick of it.

Your glass is half empty mate, if he's lacking confidence and on tilt still, now might be the time to pounce.   Cool

You were a bit unlucky last night Al.  Don't want to sound like a broken record and i know you've heard it before but thats variance for you.  I still don't think you really have a true appreciation of the types of swings you should expect at these stakes - tbh in those games of 1/2/4/8 and 2/5/10 type games i'd be very surprised if a good winning player didnt have a 5 figure plus downswing at some point during the year.
