next time just tell em you're mates with Neil Giblin aka the Don of Belper and they'll soon have said sorry.

I almost went for the "Do you know who my father is?" line but thought better of it;

Doesn't he own eBay or something?

Tried to have a day off today. Was going really well, was awake at noon and was over 12hours before I eventually gave in and headed down to gala for a game. The Hold'em game was really small and boring however and was delighted when they started up a £1/1DC table. This is the first one I've ever seen in Gala, though I'm told back in the day it was a regular fixture. Won £350 which I was very happy with. Only played for 2-3 hours then called it a night, I was knackered. Ran pretty golden in padooki and got AAxx in vs QJJ2 in omaha, ran it 4times and won all 4 winnnnnn! Won a buyin at 1/2 yesterday as well after bricking the super 50 so a good couple of days to make up for the big loss of saturday.

Only got 2 more sessions left then I'm going home till the end of the month. Hannah is coming on Friday yayyyyyy!

Hi Alex,

Enjoying it so far.

Think this might have been covered earlier but I cant remember, I know you were inspired by seeing the big names at the Empire in September.

Where do you see yourself in Poker in say, 1 year, 3 years 5 years?

1 year, about the same, hopefully a 2/5 reg at dtd though.

3 years, reg in all the VIP games @ DTD, touring the GUKPT and UKIPT around the country.

5years, hopefully getting started on a business venture within poker possibly to do with staking.

Very much this. Running it 4 times is just ridic and something people only do because they've seen it on HSP.

What roll do you reckon you'll need to play the 2/5 regularly?  What about the 1/2 for that matter?

I've been terrible for it in the past, but creating conflict with fish is really bad for business

It's hard when you get steamed but people who don't understand the rules of ettiquete can't really be expected not to break them and it usually means they suck at poker so id rather have them rubbing me down and playing than arguing with me and leaving

Red mist though, hard to see through Wink

Current monthly net alex? if it's over $80 then you've severely out-performed me

5k+ for 1/2 capped, 8-10k+ for uncapped. 20k+ for 2/5 I think. Depends how big the 2/5 plays. Think 15k is enough if its not straddled.
