Playing football tonight, got a star new addition to the team.

He's promised great things. And I mean great.

He says he used to run 100m in under 11 seconds.

He says he'll run rings round all of us.

He says he'll never lose his touch.

Its the one and only...

Waheed Ashraf!

Boom!

Hes in Pakistan Unitedfootball squad , ran around a lot,
attending training when players there. He's there every time the players there.
Never miss a week of work.
He's the runner in the team Pakistan United.
Not footballer. If he's better than u lot , I promised u lot
I will come out and show u my footsie skill.
Used to play for Liverpool Chinese FC back in my younger days.
Still got the skill

The success rate is so good these days tho teeks, it'd be like refusing to fly anywhere because you could 'crash'.

I write this as I'm sitting aboard a flight to KL. Should probably delete and try to forget the analogy...

It took me until my 30's to summon the courage to get into an aeroplane, I was shit scared at the thought. Eventually I booked a flight, & my then young lady & myself flew to Hawaii. Just the 22 hour maiden flight then.

Why are you flying to Kings Lynn?

PS - Safe flight Mr P.

I hate every minute of flying. Normally manage to keep it together but did lose it once landing from Cork at Liverpool and I thought we were crash landing in the sea. Highly entertaining for everyone else though.

On your mention of long haul flights I have to say they're a lot easier than the two/three hour flights on smaller planes. Managed to get to Australia without a nervous breakdown but nearly had a physical fight with a twat of a stewardess on a vomit comit from Dublin cause she wouldn't let me keep the window blind down when landing.

Yeah, it's obviously impossible to land a plane safely if one of the window blinds is down.

Put this on the daft list of things people are forbidden to do for absolutely no decent reason, alongside using a mobile phone at a petrol station, declaring your exact cards during a poker game, and can of coke through security at an airport.
I answered my phone whilst filling the van up jobsworth shut the pump off and refused to turn it back on even after I'd finished on the phone.

So we got pretty battered at football yesterday, but it was a good game and I thought we played alright, we're just not organised enough and not fit enough. Wadey was admittedly very unfit and wheezing after 5 minutes, but seems to have a decent touch and good mind for the game so in time when he gets fitter he'll fit in nicely in a self confessed "Steven Gerrard" sort of role.

Group Nando's post was good for morale, then a very reggy 1/2 game, which wasn't great, but a good laugh. Managed to get another nice little video in...

Was losing for most of the session, but grinded it back and just when the game was about to break and I was 100 down, I got JJ > AK for £200 which rescued the session and it's 13/13 for march now whoop! Going for an 100% record for the month.

Going to Campione on Sunday for the EPT, really excited. Going on my own like a true grinder, gonna try and make some new friends out there lol. But it's 99% a business trip, if I bust the main (god forbid) I'll be grinding some side events or cash games all week instead.

So unlucky number 13 caused the end of my winning streak. Lost 1k tonight being a fanny. Well, lost 600 being a fanny. Was getting towards the end I was stuck 400 so just tried to gamble to get out of, 5b shipping  vs PJ, AKxxxK, I'm still not good! The streak would've been nice to continue, but not exactly worth throwing away hundreds over is it?!

Went to see the hunger games tonight. Not sure what to make of it. Anyone seen it?

Holly went missing for a couple of days over the weekend, and returned with a horrible abscess on her back, which I think we're getting the better of now. It was really horrible and shes been in pain for days just lying under my bed all day all night. Spent over 100quid in the vets on her, it's a far more expensive business having a cat than I'd anticipated. She's worth it though. The poos she does on my bed from time to time, aren't though! At least it's getting me to wash my sheets more than I otherwise would've!

I know you haven't got home insurance, know you do have car insurance, but what about pet insurance?
