re gmail - enable 2 step verification on your account instantly if you don't have it already.

usual rules apply:

have a strong password and change it regularly, never enter it anywhere except the https:// in your address bar
don't download/accept files from people you don't know and/or haven't confirmed it's them sending on skype/msn/etc
don't visit random sites on the interwebs. if you want information, e.g. about a news story, just go to the BBC (or your news vendor of choice) and read it there. Scammers will often write SEO loaded content about news stories and use it to dump viruses on your PC.
ofc often update your AV software (if you're connected to the internet, don't turn it off) and regularly scan your PC for malware. Try Malwarebytes (it's free and well respected).

If you're on that there facebook, I'd suggest liking Sophos' Naked Security Blog which often has excellent tips for staying safe online, e.g. http://nakedsecurity.sophos.com/2011/12/05/facebook-chat-worm-continues-spread/

So I'm in Prague! Got back from Sky Studio's last night at around 2.30am. I really had fun. Tikay was awesome, in fine form and a consummate pro. I really enjoyed every part of the show- talking about my history, analysing hands and answering emails. Got a job going teeks?

Prague looks like a beautiful city. Not sure how much I'll see of it. Had lunch with Keys, Keith, Alex and a guy I know from another forum called Steve who's qualified for iPOPs live. I actually have 10 bigs for tomorrow not 20. Still am hopeful of a spin up to get me back into the game. If I can get one double up I'm confident I can get a deep run.

Not sure what to do tonight. Think I'm gonna check out the ipoker welcome party at 8 and take it from there....

it's the ipops 500k online event from Sunday Barry. They've flown the final 27 out to Prague to play it out. I originally had 4 bigs but they've rolled back the levels. I thought it was to 5k/10k but it's actually to 10k/20k. I am 27/27 with 205k
