That was a career best performance from Khan last night. He has now earnt a shot at Mayweather. Although given I have a ticket that says 5/4 I'd rather see him face Brook.

How would you price up a Khan Mayweather fight?

Agree. It's was more impressive than I thought Khan was capable of.

Arguably biggest ever non-heavyweight fight? Ranks amongst any De La Hoya big fights, or those in the early eighties involving Leonard, Hagler, Hearns and Duran?

It's right up there. I started watching boxing in the early 90s and it's the biggest fight since then and it's not close even if it is 5 years too late.

Two guys long past their prime milk a public blinded by nostalgia for an obscene amount of money. Leonard v Duran "Uno Mas" probably about right. Really hope it doesn't go ahead. Far prefer the romance of what might have been to the disappointment of seeing it happen.

Even if Mayweather wins, it'll still be more entertaining than him dancing around Canelo for 12 rounds.

Agree. Two all time greats from the same era in the ring at the same time. Far too late but still pretty epic.
