And you could enjoy the same lifestyle if you put your mind to it. I probably suck at life too but some things are easy.

Being retired or yours?

Public transport wise, it would be the first realistic bus possible, and delays would mean being late due to missing connection.

Dont get me wrong, I long for the Im retired and can irritate the worker drones.

Haven't caught a UK bus in 10 years. I used to be retired but the money ran out real fast. I just meant leave early and take it easy.

I don't think it's intolerant to be upset by old people.   They have all day to sort out whatever it is needs doing, they should be banned from travelling during peak times.

Meh, they should have the wisdom to make that happen but they shouldn't be banned.

I leave early every single morning, I get to the office on average 30 minutes before I am supposed to start but invariably I am always annoyed, mostly due to bus related issues.

Another few to add to the list:

1)  People who don't understand how queuing works.
2)  Folk with umbrellas who don't know how to walk with them.
3)  Chav language, there is just no need.
4) Idiots who go up or down the stairs mostly in the rail stations who don't understand the system of keep to the left.

Just ordered lunch, which reminded me of something that does annoy me.

When you order food online, and they manage to fuck it up, despite having the order written down in front of them.

On that note, off to the gym... Hopefully I can get a spot in the car park, and then pick up exactly what I ordered at Nandos Smiley

So, old people shouldn't vote (copyright The Camel) and now should have a travel curfew?
What counts as old btw? Retired as in no longer working, old enough to receive the state pension, older?
What about disabled people who have the temerity to use public transport and occupy space with their wheelchairs, or just move slowly because of their illness/injury?

Maybe you should make like Norman Tebbitt's dad and 'get on yer bike' for the trip to work.

So, old people shouldn't vote (copyright The Camel) and now should have a travel curfew? What or who is The Camel?  Voting should be opened only to those paying tax.   The majority of old people I know, don't know much about politics and are never changing their mind so are often responsible for some terrible choices of government.

What counts as old btw? Retired as in no longer working, old enough to receive the state pension, older? I class old as pensionable/not working.   Probably 70+

What about disabled people who have the temerity to use public transport and occupy space with their wheelchairs, or just move slowly because of their illness/injury? I have no issue with that, unless of course they are out at peak times when they don't have to be.   If they are using it as a necessity then I am fine with it, would be happy to give up a seat.

Maybe you should make like Norman Tebbitt's dad and 'get on yer bike' for the trip to work. I don't have a bike, and have no desire to ever get one.  Plus anyone producing something as vile as Tebbit isn't a person I'd take any advice from.
