Yes idiots, thats how it works, they were serving cat and dog, instead of being closed down the HSE just asked them to change the name and widen the range of sauces your cat and dog is served in.

sweet, ahhh that takes me back, Champions League night,, tipoo pizza, free garlic bread because we went every week, avoiding nasty prostitutes on the walk back, breaking my ankle falling down a hole in the ground and managing not to drop a slice

its not even the chinese that eat dogs its koreans!

Its not just Koreans mate, they do it in various parts of Asia. I know for a fact they eat it in eastern Thailand, and parts or Laos and Cambodia too, certain ethnic groups eat it. I've been told about other places by expats that live in different parts but cannot confirm personally.
