Then I saw the worst played hand of poker I've seen in my entire life and I can't really explain why but it just blew my mind so much I had to leave. I had absolutely no words to describe it.

So you saw a whale play a hand terribly and though "what the f, i've got to leave this game" rather than "where can i get more chips".

Do you not like money?! Seems like a strange reaction to me....

Had been playing for 9 hours and the kk hand was going through my head so was tanking a quit anyway. Obviously id normally lick my lips and prepare to lose some more money to the guy in weird and wonderful ways but it just sent me over the edge. Dont really tilt at the tables anymore but this just got to me for some reason.

ur one grumpy fucker!

imagine when ur 30. u will be moaning alooooooooooooot more. (trust me I am getting there)

I think you should spend some time and reflect what a wonderful life you have.

I know for a fact alot of ppl would love to be in your position.

now please do some winning!

lol I'm not all that grumpy, I just really did have a crap day ahead of me. Got through it okay though. I do sometimes forget how lucky I am outside of poker, I'm definitely guilty of that. I need to be reminded sometimes. I have a ton of free time, I have my health and I have some really good friends.

We're put here to love one another and improve each other's quality of life and sometimes I forget that. Sometimes I'm so consumed with what my immediate circle has that I don't and I forget to look at the big picture and see what I have that a lot of people don't. I am very fortunate, even if I am a little unlucky sometimes. Smiley

i always add 30% onto your morale score. can you remind me of Neil from the Young ones with your outlook. Everything comes across as "oh lifes a bummer man" but i hope in reality you are content and have so much great stuff going on around you. Poker will always be a roller coaster but you have such talent in your design stuff, wonderful girl and some decent mates who stick together. You have an ability to make people smile. When you start winning the world and crushing souls you might become a different guy Smiley

Played poker, had some good hands, lost a bunch of money anyway, you guys know the drill.

New strategy: expect to lose, won't be disappointed when I do.

Morale: pick your favourite single-digit number.

Yes. I feel kind of bad that I left it out of the trip report. I don't want to mislead anyone about how I'm actually running at the minute. On top of making quads where I won back £27 of what villain took from me with a flush draw and no overs, Gala's incentive quads scheme meant that I bagged an extra £16 which infinitely softened the £430 loss.

And the truth comes out, he positively lol'd upon seeing a King and a Ten exposed as my hole cards after a small preflop all in from a man with a buncha gamble in him.

Please find the power of positivity mate.
