Cheers Greg and thanks again for your help with that HR matter!!

Today is the start of Cheltenham obv's and this is the set up at work with Blonde open on the pc and speaking to the occasional client whilst watching all the races on the plasma above our head.

Just had a cpl of small placepots today and backed Our Conor EW at 6/1 about 15 mins ago plus got Glens Melody and Highland Retreat in the betting w/o Quevega race but gonna smash into a placepot or 2 in the next couple of days to try and get a result.

The Slovak shop is bounding on at a pace and we go out there in a couple of weeks time to see the premises and start some marketing so as Petra is the talented one of us she did an impromptu shoot with Max, Ivy and a couple of his friends and once we have added in the shop address muggins here will be dropping a load in the villages whilst we are over there.  We currently have 1800 items of clothing from new born to 8 year old which will give us a start and it has currently cost 33pence per item and the shipping cost is 10p but we are always on the look out for more stock so if you have any drop me a line...

Here is the leaflet that will be A5 size.

Hi Mate.

I seem to recall that you said you wouldn't mind giving a few pointers on general inquiries about house moving and the current mortgage situation, if that's the case could you help with my question if not  soz for bothering you.

If I wanted to relocate for Gravesend in Kent to Sheffield how would I go about getting a Mortgage based on my current earnings as a college Lecturer (In Kent)  to purchase the house in Sheffield.  I would initially not likely have a job set up in Sheffield at that point, or is the only way to secure a Job in Sheffield first?  In which case would a mortgage company view a new job as secure for this purpose.  Hope that this makes sense.

Used to be able to get self certs  years ago which would have covered this situation.

Regards

Will do a more in depth post tomorrow but today's is 5years since my Dad passed away and 4 years since Holly passed so a shared day of remembrance/celebration myself and Vinny share!

Thinking of you today Vin x

For those that have never read Vins diary (it's locked now Sad  ) here is the link

An unbelievably touching read that had me in bits the first time I read it.

The loss of a parent is unbelievably tough, it leaves a hole that can never be filled, but it's the natural way of things I suppose.

Losing a child, that's something else entirely.

My thoughts are with you both.
