I´ll be on Atlanta at a fair enough looking 11/5, not standout value by any means but I expected them to be a very good side this year and think they´ll be very motivated tonight. If they can get any sort of pass rush going (a big if from what we´ve seen so far this year) they´ll be in business, big night from Turner as well please. |

I took Cincinatti +2.5 when the early lines came out and the line is now -1, -1.5 so I obviously wasn't the only one.
Also tempted by Tampa Bay +2.5 and Tennessee +3.5, but will decide nearer kickoff.  Don't like betting against the Steelers at home generally, but they're banged up and have big O-line issues so I think Tennessee might have a shot.

 dwayne bowe 7/1
 owen daniels 8/1
 lesaun mccoy 5/1
 eric decker 10/1

you can get 7/1 in places or mccoy first TD seems great value

Colts are favs presumably due to home advantage and hanging with the Steelers last time.  But in a game which may be a shocker, I like taking the odds-against available on the money line on Chiefs.  I have no clue tho so I'm sure they will get hosed.
As per my previous post a few spots up ^^ I am happy to stand a few bets also...

Mendenhall out for Pitt. With that and a terrible OL (Max Starks starting who was on the streeet a week ago) I like the Titans a lot, even away

and all is not happy in Steeler land
 RossTuckerNFL Ross Tucker
Several Steelers I spoke to pre-game laughed or rolled eyes when I told them about Big Ben's limp/walk into locker room. He's fine

Generally reckoned the long lock out has defenses undercooked. Add to that tougher interference rules on dbs |

Thanks Sheriff - good write up.
My total postion is buy Cards, sell 49ers.  So obviously I get killed if SF come first and Cards come nowhere, but I'm quietly happy with my position.

The Rams are probably available pretty cheap after their 0-2 if you still think they are the standouts, and they are only 1 win behind.  Seattle look almost a non-runner.

Hope your downside on this isn´t too big, it´s starting to look pretty ugly. Looking at the schedule there´s a pretty reasonable possibility they´ll get to week nine without winning again (bye week, then the Steelers, then the Ravens). Massive game in SF in week 11. |
