Woody, you are speaking like the thread will end after that weigh in! There will then be 3 months keeping the weight off which will be much harder imo and we will need the support more than ever.

Nah I'm not I'm just thinking towards the first goal mate, in reality I'm going to be continuing with the diet and look to get down to around 15st. Let's get to the first goal first.

Think I might grind through and at least do some light cardio at the gym - anyone disagree with working out when ill? I deffo wont if I get full blown man flu.

if it's just head/throat then no problem working out (unless you're talking about going to the gym when you have to consider other people)

if you're feeling it in the chest then do not work out, it is dangerous

seems like a decent rule of thumb

Last week i weighted 22st 6lbs.

I had a session on ale on Thursday night. Chinese Saturday night and Sunday dinner.

I had a cheeky weigh in on Friday and i weighed 22st 4lb.

Today i weighed in at 22st 5lb for a loss of 1lb since last Monday.

Did 60 minutes on treadmill. 6.66km 648 cals.

Think i need to lose another 3lbs for deadline.

Gonna smash gym and racecourse this week as another blow out due at weekend in Birmingham for the lvtc.

Diet 25/02/12

PB Fudge protein shake
Isoclear
Jerk Chicken and Rice
2 Belly Pork
100g Broccoli
150g Swede/Carrot
200g Roast Potatoes
100g Lindt

No idea what the macros are for the roast but on the whole not a bad day other than those Lindt eggs. Yesterday I at ok in the day then got into the choc and chinese later on at my mates. Also snaffled 3 slices of pizza when I got home  that mum had left Cheesy

I'm down a stone from 3rd of Jan and have 1 1/2 to go before target. I've got a shitty week workwise and it's gonna involve me pulling 3/4 18hour days. Got plenty of Cremé Grande pods for the Dolcé Gusto machine which will get me through though and I'll probably swipe through about £60 of those super pot noodles...

Ok weighed in today at 14st 2.2lbs which is a loss of 3.2 lbs this week and a total loss of 21.8 lbs and leaves 6.2lbs to go to hit the 2 stone target.

Really don't understand this weight loss thing had a really good week the week before and only lost 1.6lbs then last week did one less gym session and had a 12 hour beer session on Saturday and lose twice as much weight.

Am I right in thinking we have 4 weigh ins left?

As we are heading into the final month of bet number one, thought it might be motivating to post how much we currently are off target, and therefore, owe.

So I am 8lbs off target, so I currently owe £160

starting weight 17st 6 1/2 lb (244.5lb)

current weight 16 st 4 lb    (228 lb)

target 220.5  lb

7.5 lb to go in 4 weeks

£150 to charity if things stay as they are

i honestly think this weekends weigh in was not what it should of been... and i will be very very disappointed if i don't smash the 16 stone barrier on sunday.

leaving me just 3.5lb

Fortunately I've not got an interim goal like some of you guys so there's no immediate danger for me.

I've had a really good food day again today and to be honest if I can keep this up for 4 or 5 days a week with 2 or 3 not so good days thrown in I'll absolutely piss my target.

3109 calories
296g protein
364g carbs
44.4g fat

I'm really pleased with the fat intake today. Only 6.3% of my overall intake. If I can keep that up I can't go wrong.
