Had a proper weigh in this morning before having any food for the day.
103.6kg which is pretty good considering I've not eaten much at all so far this weekend.
Also the waist is still only 37" which is really good. I know I can shift that easily with a few ab exercises when the time comes.
I think I'll hit a sustainable 105kg in the next 2 weeks or so then I just have to work on maintaining it whilst keeping the waist reasonable.
I'm really enjoying this little challenge. It's forcing me to eat well and train hard. This thread is definitely a good motivational tool. I hope everyone else feels the same way about it.
Good work everybody!!

6lb loss this week. Barely touched carbs all week. No pasta, no rice, 3 slices of wholemeal brown all week. Steak and salad tonight

Been ill. Lost 7lbs since Friday. Nothing in that hasn't come straight back out again one way or t'other.
Remind me next time I do that not to do it at a weekend. Feel like taking sick days in lieu now.
Feels like a bit of a cheat, but definitely makes my target achievable now! I'd gone two weeks stuck around 19st, now 18st 7. And yes, I know some will go back on.
Anyone want me to post them some spit or something, my rates are reasonable.

Lost 1lb, so not bad considering I've had a mediocre week disciplinewise.

Ate ok yesterday apart from a bag of lindt eggs and a couple biscuits, had a couple sport kitchen meals today and dinner is chinese/pizza depending on what the kids want. Gonna cut down my rice intake too and have 50g per meal instead of 100g, not a big diff but when I'm norm having 200g a day it soon adds up and should cut 150/200g off my carbs, also gonna stick to pro50s and whey isolate other than post workout to see how much diff that makes. WD everyone all kicking along nicely #goodtimes Looking at all the sickness I'm probably due a good old bout of norovirus as I've not caught it on my visits for a few months and that would drop the best part of a stone at a guess

Just made a lasagne but as with last week's curry I weighed everything carefully to see exactly what was in it.
Totals are:
2981.6 calories 204.2g protein 192.9g carbs 148.4g fat
I won't be eating the whole thing in one go obviously. I usually split it in to 3 portions and have it with 3 pitta breads which gives a total for the single meal of:
1429 calories 84.6g protein 152.8g carbs 51g fat
Can't believe how high it is on the fat content!! Obviously the cheese isn't helping the cause!!
Once again a quick calc shows just how bad a meal can be. Obviously not a problem for me atm but definitely one to watch out for if I need to trim down towards the end.
Totals for today with everything else are:
2839 calories 242g protein 259g carbs 88g fat
Might slip a bit of supper in later just to get the protein up closer to the 300g mark.

Bah think I cursed myself by saying I had a good week ahead of me. After the stomach bug last week, I am starting to get a cold.
Certainly not mega ill yet, but it feels like its on its way, also really hungry which is usually a sign.
Think I might grind through and at least do some light cardio at the gym - anyone disagree with working out when ill? I deffo wont if I get full blown man flu.

if it's just head/throat then no problem working out (unless you're talking about going to the gym when you have to consider other people) if you're feeling it in the chest then do not work out, it is dangerous

So who has got what to lose before deadline?
I got 9lbs and I'm finishing a few days early to go on Hols, so I got just over 3 week to lose it. So its gonna be hard without any silly dieting. Think I will be happy if I lose 6lbs to take me under 16st. Even if it costs me a few quid this thread will have been worth it.

Woody, you are speaking like the thread will end after that weigh in! There will then be 3 months keeping the weight off which will be much harder imo and we will need the support more than ever.
