Good drink there Girgy, where were you a student bar?

Hope everything goes alright for your old dear Woodsey, never a good time when family aren't well..

Milligan with his typical boring RAF night out drinking, no wonder we used to show your firm up at Chicksands when we hit the S&S and town!!!

(Pathetic food intake too)

Hope to see a better effort today from you Millidonk it is the best day of the week for drinking after all and nothing less than a monster curry will suffice last thing!!

Haha. Marky you muuuuuug. I used to smash the granny out of Abbotts and the S&S. To be fair I think I did alright, them lot were pretty much all busto by end of level 2. I was lone wolf. Still in the tourney somehow. Dunno how when I spent most of the time walking around chatting shit away from the table. Both my subs were after 1am tbf. Might have even lost weight at this rate. If I donk this early doors defo smashing a curry!

You boys were mid table championship at best Wink

That's how you messed up then letting the poker get in the way of the drinking. I was saying that the food intake was poor and Girgy's was much more impressive in all honesty!!

Sigh, no drinking today as I'm driving and might go notts for 150 if I don't get there in this, but I plan to make up for the food today. Fry up at brekkie, nice fast food lunch and will grab something conveniant tomorrow. Will weigh in tomorrow, then hardcore it til end of month when I'm in Glasgow. Met some lil Ginger kid from Dundee yesterday. Said he knows you Marky. Good banter and likes a drink. Can't remember his name tho. He was talking about Killarney. Hate how my trip got cancelled!

Pffffffffft poor tekkers on the drinking front, I'm gonna get absolutely battered all next weekend in Clacton. That will be Grant Kinnear who you met, good lad and yeah he likes a drink too Smiley

No Killarney this year either so I've been told so you've missed that boat son and will have to find some festival in Bedford or something.

If you've got Girgy's phone number text him and tell him to get on the case with this staking thread so I can go to bed!!!

14st 4lbs

Loss of 3 3/4lbs

Chuffed to bits. Been ill for the better part of two weeks, and only been to the gym once in the last seven days. I knew I had eaten ok, so I had my hopes up, but never expected this much loss.

Two possible explanations
* I lost more because I was ill
* The last three weigh ins took place the morning after a piss up + curry, which may have skewed those weigh ins and I have been doing better than I thought.

Either way, chuffed to bits, very keen to stick to my 'beast mode' pledge for the month and try and get under my target, to make challenge 2 easier.

17st 2lbs

Had a terrible few weeks. Getting off the drink for a bit. I've been drinking far too much which has resulted in some really bad food choices.

Need to get my game face back on...
