The wknd's partying did its expected damage.

Week = +5lbs
Total = -21.6lbs

So, got 3 weeks to lose 7lbs so i don't owe the charity anything. I think I might have to pull out the shakes in one of those weeks just to make sure.

wp all those who lost weight last week.

So after a disastrous weekend I was back into hard today.

Last week I weighed in at 22st 5lbs and midweek I had lost a further 2lbs.

Today I weighed in at 22st 7lbs/143.0kg which is a 2lb gain since last monday or 4lbs since Friday.

Total weight lost 22lbs so need to shift another 2lbs for the target.

This is my first gain in weight since 1st january so not too disheartened by it.

Today I did 6.4km on treadmill followed by 30 minutes on xtrainer. Burnt over 1100 calories today.

Well done to all that lost this week keep it up still a long battle ahead of us.

Lol Girgy! Def no need to be disheartened!

Need I remind you you downed a bottle of WKD in 5.4 seconds, then upon being destroyed by mulhuzz with 3.9, you had 2 more goes! Incred work all round! This weekends weight is all booze mate and will just fall off this week!

Can't think of where to post this, but my fav line from the weekend was listening to mulhuzz make bets! In a really polite mannered soft Geordie accent "I'd like to wager two thousand two hundred betting discs please"

I would not worry at all Girgles, if its sustainable weight loss it is going to have some natural variance to it, plus as Guy says, it sounds like you drank and ate a student Union over the weekend.

I had a weigh in this morning and was pleased to see 105kg.

That means I've already hit my weight target of gaining 1st Smiley

I checked the waist line and it's gone up slightly to 37" from 36.5" so I'm reasonably pleased with that.

So all I need to do now is maintain my weight and lose a bit round my waist. Because of this I'm going to change my goal a little bit. I'm now going to aim for a 35" waist instead. This won't be for the forfeit as it's going to really really difficult whilst maintaining the 105kg.

The plan is to eat ridic healthily Monday to Wednesday then as well as possible Thursday to Sunday whilst accepting that I love curry and beer too much to quit them completely.

I might throw in a bit of abs training as well which should help to trim things a little bit.

Good stuff from everybody else in the thread from what I can see.

Also as others have said to Girgy. Don't worry about the weight gain one tiny bit. It's impossible to undo several weeks of good work with one bad weekend. Just get back on it and you're all good.
