Currently weighing in at a tad under 17st.

Waist measurement currently 38"

Diiet change starts Monday to trim back down a bit. I need to drop that 7lbs but mostly from my waist.

Basic plan is to remove the unnecessary carbs. This means that dinner will become 6 egg omelette instead of 6 eggs on 4 toast. Dinner 2 will be chicken + sauce but no rice or pitta breads.

Hopefully that'll get the waist back down in a week or 2 without losing too much weight. I might have to compensate with an extra protein shake before bed just to keep protein above 300g per day.

I can see some fluctuations occurring over the next month or so whilst I find the balance I'm looking for but as long as I can stay roughly in the right area I should be fine coming in to the end of this.

Hmmm, had a bad week for eating crap, but not put on more than a lb or 2.
Going to Vegas on the 10th April, last minute thing, so gonna go for 7lb loss by then.
Think it's probs unrealistic as got 3 days in New forest next week with family so will be eating out constantly.
To counter this i'm gonna be running/gym pretty much every day as well as going back to very clean, very low carb on days either side of New forest.
Taking my garmin to forest to, going to do plenty of walking with family and try and get a couple of runs in too

Morning Fatties

Early weigh-in this week for me as I am away from my scales for the next 8 days.

Maintained weight at 13st 13 1/4lb. Pleasantly surprised because I havent been to the gym in a week (No real excuse, busy at work and probably psychologically fell off the wagon after a frantic final week of challenge one).

My stag do starts later on today, followed by a week working in Gibraltar, then another stag do, so I am expecting to put a pound or two on. My aim for the next 8 days is basically to find a gym in Gib, and go at least twice. After next weekend I should have a clear month of being able to go to the gym, ahead of my wedding, and I intend to get down to near to 13st 7lbs, so the impact of a week eating in the US does not do too much damage.

The weird bit is now I am already at my goal weight, and I have to stay here for 3 months. Its like having a 0-0 bet on the footy, you are just praying for everything to stay the same.

Trying to find a gym in Gib just for 2 sessions seems a bit pointless. Why don't you just go for a nice long walk or even an evening jog if it's not too hot?

I don't think a week or so off is going to hurt and those 2 gym sessions will do nothing for you at all in the grand scheme of things.

Long walk and see the sights ftw.

Had a TGI Fridays last night and got smashed afterwards, I did dance for a bit when clubbing later on though for some exercise.

Cheeky weigh in at gym 22st so lost 2lb since Monday.

Jogged 5km on treadmill in 42:53 then had a 30 minute session with pt.

Back on it big style on Monday.

The aim is more damage reduction, and to keep up my momentum, I am not expecting anything but to put weight on in the next 8 days, but it will have me in a good frame of mind for my last 4 weeks before my wedding. I think the apartment they have me staying at has a gym in it anyway.
