Interesting message I read @ the hospital yesterday:

If a man weighing 12st 8lbs eats 100 less calories everyday for a year he will lose 1st.

Makes you realise how much us fatties eat to get so overweight.

That can't be right. What If I am already eating 500 calories more than I need?

then I doubt you'd be 12 stone 8

Well I would at some point. What if I started overeating at 8 stone 2?

Got a potentially bad 8 days coming up:

My stag do starts tomorrow
Then a week working in Gibraltar (Which I presume will include some big meals/beers)
A friends stag do as soon as I get home the following Saturday

I have made it my aim to go to a gym twice in Gibraltar. The PokerStrategy offices have plenty of healthy foods in the canteen so that should make it a bit easier.

After which, I will have exactly 4 weeks left to my wedding, and I have to fit in that damned suit.

Good shot to try that challenge we spoke about a couple pages back Cheesy

In all seriousness though you're unlikely to be able to do enough damage in a week that is gonna take more than a week to get off. During Cheltenham I put on 8lbs then lost it the following week and that's been my pattern for the last 2 weeks albeit much less amounts.

Girgy, for the last few weeks you have been looking forward to the "final weigh in" - so it isn't surprising that you are struggling afterwards.  Remind yourself that you wanted to go to Vegas in Dec thin ~ re-tune your focus and get back on it.

yeah this.

Clear your mind, and start thinking of it as a totally new challenge. Why not set yourself some gym related challenge to help you refocus?
