So I managed exercise twice since I've been in Gibraltar, but the diet has been terrible. Should be a fun sweat for the weigh in on sunday.

Had the usual terrible Thursday yesterday. Breakfast was ok but it all went downhill from there.

Sausage and mash for lunch, 4 pints after work, 6 pints and a curry with Hopkin in the evening.

I almost had a slip today as well. I really fancied pie, peas and chips tonight but I managed to just have a 6 egg omolette with chicken, cheese and beans.

Totals for the day 2236 cals, 296g protein, 180g carbs, 32g fat for a 58/36/6 split.

Tomorrow should be another good day. No plans for drinking so it'll be like a normal weekday. Sunday's going to be mental.

Starting at 2pm and finishing when I drop so could be any time. Still only 2 bad days in the week though so all in all very good.

Pretty happy with things at the moment. I think I'll have reached my target in a few weeks so may have to have a rethink and set the bar a little higher. I'd like to lose a bit more fat from round my waist so I may make that the new goal. Going back to a 34" waist would be very nice.

Thanks Lee. I need to make a request from everyone regarding changing my target if that's ok?

I've had a check this morning and I was 105.6kg with the waist measurement at 37". So the weight's there but the waist is slightly over target.

I'm confident that I can fix this in a week or so and definitely achieve it before June 1st which was the original target.

What I want to do now though is change my target.

I want to aim to trim down quite a bit from where I am now. The target would be purely a waist measurement one. I don't mind what my weight is but would ideally like to stay around the 16st mark.

The waist target though is going to be to 34.5" by June 1st. Forfeit will be £100 fixed penalty for failure. To be honest I'd be happy at 36" but I might as well set the bar high for japes.

I know it's a bit different to before but I think it's a tougher challenge so hopefully everybody's ok with it.

Bear in mind that I'm 6' 4" and will weigh in at around 16st so a 34" waist will be pretty trim. At my absolute best I was 16st 10lb with a 34" waist but have also been 16st 4lb with a 32" waist.

The new target doesn't quite reach those heady heights but I'm a bit older now and I also have a life outside training.

I guess this new challenge is more in keeping with this thread as well. At least now I'm actually trying to get smaller so you guys don't have to be jealous of all the food I get to eat Cheesy

So it's a 2.5" waist loss starting today but I'll also be trying to stay big.

Yes or no?

First day on the trim down plan today and it's been pretty good.

4 weetabix + 200ml milk + whey protein shake

130g tuna + 50g light mayo + whey protein shake

Flapjack

6 egg omolette + 90g chicken + 200g beans + cheese slice

Totals: 1682 cals, 205g protein, 143g carbs, 30g fat for a 54/38/8 split.

I want to aim for something like this every day with a bit extra and a few tweaks on training days.

Should be fine if I do.
