
OK so at the start of the year until i came back from Bulgaria in July i done really well and lost the weight and kept it off!
then i lapsed ...a
lotI am embarrassed and ashamed to say Ive put all the weight back on and have been putting off posting for what seems like weeks and weeks.
I currently weigh 17 stone 3 1/4 lbI have made excuses that my knee and back problems have stopped me exercising ......excuse for eating mars bars and McCoy' s i don't have......
apart from there nicei have just come back from holiday and i feel fat ....really fat
so i am starting again as from today!
no goals no forfeits just for my own self pride!
The plan ....a simple one
1. Eat like a human being.
2.Go swimming 3/4 times a week until my knee and back are sorted then start walking/running again
3.Have a goal for may/June time next year for a charity

not sure yet but by Christmas i want to have plan in place to spur me on
i am fed up of being a fatty

so this time i am doing it for me ....
