Ok fatties. So my current challenge is going fine, I am keeping very hydrated and managing to hit the gym three times a week. As a result my energy levels and productivity have been excellent, which was the whole plan. Its going so well I am going to add another element.

Basically the whole aim of this is to make sure I do the small things that lead to good habits, so I am going to add a new criteria. Monday-Friday I have to eat a piece of fruit with breakfast and also as a desert after every evening meal. It sounds quite simple and easy, but I have developed a bit of a sweet tooth recently and this is my way of getting out of that habit (I've also put 4lbs on). If I start and end the day with fruit I wont want to ruin it in the middle etc. The forfeit is the same as the water, £1 for every week day missed.

This starts Monday (as we are out of fruit and I'm not doing the big shop until tomorrow). Lee can you update the OP accordingly?

Morning fatties

Weighed myself this morning and I'm 14st 6lb, a full 6lbs heavier than my target weight. Now I did go out for drinks and a meal last night so maybe i havent gained quite that much but either way its clear taking my eye off the prize is catching up with me. Depending on how much I weigh next week I may have to change my focus a bit.

Quote from: Milligan84

To lose 50lb by 22 December 2012
If not achieved he will dress up on the said date as Santa Claus and give every single person in the club a candy cane!
Starting weight as of 18th June : 23 stone 1lb
target weight :19stone 5lb

3st 5lbs off this at the moment. Since the docs gave me a boot up the ass gone from 25st 5 to 22st 10 pretty fast. Not Galloway fast but still quick. Possibility of actually hitting target. Just under 9 weeks til 22nd Dec, so at a reduced rate of 4lbs p/w = 46lbs makes possible weight on the date of 19st 7. Not actually aiming to do this, I don't mind if I wear the costume or not just like the facts and figures. This time next year I should be half the man I once was.

I'm back!

Crept up to 17 8, which is my flag to take remedial action.  Got back into the pool and really enjoying it, the gym has so far proved less appealing.

As a carrot, I'm going to book Vegas again when I am happy with my diet/excercise/weight combo.  As a stick, I will not be going unless I am under 16 7, and more likely will move that to 16 0.

OK so at the start of the year until i came back from Bulgaria in July i done really well and lost the weight and kept it off!

then i lapsed ...a lot

I am embarrassed and ashamed to say Ive put all the weight back on and have been putting off posting for what seems like weeks and weeks.

I currently weigh 17 stone 3  1/4 lb

I have made excuses that my knee and back problems have stopped me exercising ......excuse for eating mars bars and McCoy' s i don't have......apart from there nice

i have just come back from holiday and i feel fat ....really fat
so i am starting again as from today!
no goals no forfeits just for my own self pride!

The plan ....a simple one
1. Eat like a human being.
2.Go swimming 3/4 times a week until my knee and back are sorted then start walking/running again
3.Have a  goal for may/June time next year for a charity

ideas welcome
Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge
national 3 peaks
coast to coast
not sure yet but by Christmas i want to have plan in place to spur me on

i am fed up of being a fatty

so this time i am doing it for me ....
sorry to bore you all but then again that's why we have this thread.

So what's been happening lads? Not dipped in here for a while, who has lost and gained?

Pretty scared to weigh myself at the moment lol but am gently going to try and get back on it now, even though I've got a few piss ups over the next few weeks.
