Wow, lots happening, just back from watching a Novice Tri, goner give it serious consideration. I am sure most could complete one with a little training.

Loads going on well done guys ....
My progress so far ..... Food intake terrible Exercise...none!
Heath progress ....improving Had two very intense sports massages for my back seems to be helping loads !
My knee problem I've been to the docs it's just simple inflammation behind the knee cap! Strapped up Ice And diclofenac tablets
Feels better after only a few days ...

feeling pretty terrible today, had a massive night out & havent moved from the sofa all day... apart from a trip to mcdonalds...
need to sort it out asap. I'm starting to feel that I've lost the 5st bet but don't want to give up & would like to get as close as possible.
Sorted out a few niggles with my bike so going to do some longer distance riding. My longest ride is 28miles & I would like to start doing a 30mile ride a week, should help the weightloss!

OK weigh in day.
Not a lot of exercise this week a couple of cycles and a session on the treadmill and a little rowing. Eating no junk, if any thing eating a little less then i should be, very stressful at work at the moment so makes this all the harder, very surprised to see a loss of 3 1b making a total of 10, so only 4 more to go.
Hope to have a better week on the exercise front next week but tonight a little treat of a Chinese and few beers.
Gl guys hope all is going well for you all.

Just done my third gym session of the week, including 2 weights sessions, also nailed down well over a litre of water Monday-Friday, so week one complete with zero forfeits.
Also the whole aim of this is to boost my energy levels and so far so good.

Weighed in at 15st 2lb, for a loss of 2lb this week. Pretty happy with that as I have done zero exercise this week
