Well done mate, great 1st week!

I'm struggling to get myself motivated to start... Think I better had do soon though before I start looking like a Star Wars character, and I'm not talking about Han Solo Cheesy

Same...

Back from 3 weeks holiday and scoffing/drinking sunday night, then 2 nights in a top hotel with top grub with work, was supposed to start today but my gut said fuck off keep feeding me please lol

I've not had a drink for 6 months, but I eat so much shit it's unreal!

I've been using my juicer which is good, but kind of negated when you are smashing home a Chicken Dhansak with the trimming at night.

If I did not drink I would 100% not be overweight, but no way I could give up the booze though, I simply enjoy it too much but try and keep it to a couple of nights per week as much as possible.

im trying to lose 2 stone and have had a bet with my mate i started at 15 stone 9 i think and am currently 15 stone 6 after a week! been the gym every single day and eating a lot better if i can keep it up it will be a breeze.

good joke!

I have broken the 15 stone barrier this week once or twice. So this is good signs for the bet but these were the easy weeks. im expecting it to get a lot harder. Ive not had any choclate this year and had much less takeaways. I think ive had one maccies and two kebabs :/ if i could have cut out them i would have been a lot happier but they really are my faviourte things in life and i dont want to be unhappy i just want to weigh less! Going to have two very good days today and tomorrow before im out on the piss all day saturday. Lets see what sort of state i am in come Sunday! Weigh in will be interesting!

I generally only drink when I go away, so can live without it on the most part, and when I do drink it's generally Vodka, or wine with dinner.

I just eat far too much, especially late at night when I'm sat in front of the PC. It's just a case of modifying that and knocking the takeaways on the head.

I have made a decision today to stop going to weight watchers.....

I am getting loads of really great advice from iraise & zerofive  had a couple of really great pm's from Sean these last couple of days.

Neither by the way have even suggested I should give up weight watchers that's my decision

Instead of paying £21 per month to weight watchers I am going to join Leicester City council sports gym
For £32 per month (£69 if I pay for three months)
I can use any council ran swimming pool gym sports facility's including badminton that we are playing on Wednesdays

I played last night and loved it ... Really tired after lol
