Room for a small one??
My goals/fines would be:
Lose 3 stone in 3 months: £100 fixed penalty for failure
Remain at 3 stone (or better) the next 3 months: £100 fixed penalty for failure
<2 stone at any point in 2012: £100 penalty

It is recently acquired weight, (+ Christmas week too, so prolly more to come) thinking the first stone will just fall off in the first 2 weeks of January.
I'm not dreading it at all, I feel very focussed about it is an underlying resolution of mine that will help me achieve other resolutions I am setting myself.

Seen the episode of Friends with Joey's Thanksgiving pants? When I was a teenager we used to have a before and after Christmas lunch weigh-in. IIRC, the best effort was a 7 lb weight gain  |
