ROFL my old man came bowling in with a baguette from Tesco along with a load of sausages and bacon. I sure didn't tell him to go fuck himself as I drank my protein shake when he offered me some Cheesy

7 lbs lost week 2, 24 lbs total.  From here on in, I am expecting 5lbs a week on average.

Got into the groove on this diet, a fairly easy week and managed to go swimming a couple of times, didn't seem too bad in the energy stakes.

I've bought myself a little reward too, which means I now how an old (14 years) CRT TV (Panasonic) that I don't want.  If anyone knows of a charity or old people's home or can otherwise make good use of the TV, feel free to let me know, it's in perfect working order, but I cba and it will be heading to the dump in the next day or so...

Morning Fatties,

Must say I am pretty chuffed with this, I knew I had a very good week by my own standards, but with the big loss last week I must say I was still very nervous.

14st 10lbs bang on. That's a 3/14lb loss on the week, 9 1/4lb loss overall.

I expect (and hope) that the weight loss slows down a bit now, as it could actually be the kiss of death if I hit my target too early.

All in all the week went well, not eating too much bread may prove one of the best things I have ever done because for the most part my appetite has been manageable - however had the first few signs of resistance on Thursday/Friday, so I am not out of the woods yet.

If I can lose 2lbs in the next week, I will be delighted.
