Fucking starving today, could have chewed the arse end off a rancid dog. Was an inch from going into McDonalds for a scoff but this thread stopped me from doing it. Thank god I'm home now and can eat something semi sensible.

Diet 16/01/12
1/2 Pro 50 2 Burgers 200g Fillet 150g Sweet Potato MP Cookie 100g Black Grapes Choc/Banana Shake
Protein:199g Carbs: 93g Fats: 52g
Cals: 1630
Knew I was in for a bit of a hectic shift so walloped my steak and burgers into one meal and as I said above didn't fancy working afterwards. Think I'll get some lean steak mince so I can have a chilli and some chicken over the next couple days to mix it up a bit and see how low I can get before the inevitable damage done over the weekend.
Nice to see everyone cracking on so well though good tekkers!!

Morning Fatties,
Remember I mentioned we should plan ahead for the temptations that could derail us? Next week I have a minefield to tip-toe around.
I am off to Paris for them poker award thingies Tuesday-Wednesday(brag post etc), getting the train to London, then the Eurostar. Then on the Saturday after a friend we haven't seen in a long time is coming down from London, and we are going for a curry (loads of us, unavoidable).
The curry - see this thread, already planned out some less unhealthy alternatives. Paris - There will be one meal out I have no control over what is on offer, but I have decided this can be a complete blow out for me. However, I will also have to have brekky & lunch twice. I think I can stick to healthier stuff for breakfast (cereal, fruit, porridge) but for lunch in France? It is very pastry centric over there. I am thinking just some meaty/salady baguette? Also, I will be on trains for about 8 hours total & waiting around St Pancras station a bit.
So, any suggestions for: * Better choice train station food * Lunch in Paris * Evening meal in Paris (Thankfully the last two times I have been to Paris I got the runs terrible, so I will probably lose weight no matter what I eat).
Not trying to deprive myself on what will be a fun week, simply trying to make a couple of small tweaks and hopefully end the week without having put weight on.

So, any suggestions for: * Better choice train station food ST Pancras is really good for food with some delis etc - no prob to get something tasty and healthy * Lunch in Paris salad nicoise? * Evening meal in Paris (Thankfully the last two times I have been to Paris I got the runs terrible, so I will probably lose weight no matter what I eat). Compensate with a good D-1 and relax a little and enjoy

Eat what you want when you're away in France and then rein it back in when you get home. It's not like it's going to stop you getting to your goals and a reload shocks the metabolism anyway. When you go for the curry have a tandoori mixed grill with a salad and maybe stick to one naan

First major hiccup today. I was dog sitting for my mother at her house, and whenever I go round my old family home I start pigging out like I have never eaten before. I am now going to list what I ate to shame myself into not doing it tomorrow when I dog sit again:
1 mince pie 1 small bag of monster munch 3 biscuits 5 pieces of licorice 6 small squares of chocolate some twiglets
All in about 4 hours.
Got a big gym session in about 30 minutes so hopefully I can rescue the day.
