Walked home from work instead of getting the bus. It's 3 miles and took me 50 minutes. Think it's something I could do on a regular basis to get the excercise up.

#inspiredbygirdy

Excellent stuff Sov!!

good work.

#happytobeinspiring

Thanks gents. I decided to walk this morning instead of getting the bus. Took quite a lot of effort as it was pissing rain and windy. The walks not like heading to a hillside and taking in a view, I'm walking through council estates and over motorway bridges!!

Still a nice feeling to get a bit of excercise that's free and doesn't add that much time to my commute.

Gym done and dusted and im well and truly shattered.

Did 30 minutes on treadmill. Did 15 minutes continous jogging around the 7-7.5kmph mark. Brought up my first mile at 13.26 then hit 2 mile at 27.43. Burnt around 400cals.

Straight into a session with my trainer. Deadlifts, armcurls, press ups, dips and pull ups(weight assisted), more press ups, more armcurls, leg raises, more pressups and armcurls.

Weekends i work late so not sure how im gonna feel tomoz afternoon but might fit in a job around the block where i live to mix up a bit in preperation for the 10k.

Hows everyone else getting on?

Had a good week, not 1 bit of unplanned food has passed my lips, done at least 30 mins exercise everyday apart from yesterday, and will do a couple of bike rides of at least an hour sat and sun weather permitting. So should lose 2lbs min this week I would have thought.

This week has been harder for me, less energy, more tempted to eat crap. Overall though, I have to keep on saying, reducing the bread I eat has so far made all the difference to my appetite, hopefully I will be able to say that in 6 months time.

I expect to have lost weight this week, but it might be like half a pound, confident I have not put weight on, but low expectations.

I still have no desire to get on the scales.  Were it not for this thread (which is helping big time) I probably wouldn't have got weighed at all.

As end of week3 looms, I expect to be going through the 2stone barrier.  (That will be when I book up Vegas imo) I only feel like I have lost the Christmas excesses at this point.  I still have no desire to eat anything, although my sense of smell is definitely heightened.  I still try and sit to the table at meal times, it doesn't bother me in the slightest, but some of the smells (particularly katsu curry last night Sad ) do smell incredible.

Some t-shirts that I had stopped wearing before Christmas now fit fine again, very encouraging to get something too small out the wardrobe to find it now fits.
