Great to see that everyone who has weighed in today has had a loss, great work all.

Really hopefull I can join in this club tomorrow when I weigh in as I feel this has been a good week.

After a good 5 days, as soon as a beer touched my lips on Friday that was me on a very slippery slope which ended late last night. Hoped to stay level or have a small loss. Wasn't gonna happen.

Week 3 = +1.2lbs

Total loss = -15.4lbs

Gonna try for double figs this week to make up for it.

Needs a kick up bum imo

I'm down to 19st 4 1/2, ~2lb loss on the week, 7lb since Jan 1. Exercise going well, diet less so. That said, my BMI is now down to 40.0, so I'm on the verge of not being "morbidly obese". Yay. And I certainly feel healthier. Diet is tough living with fussy wife and 2 fussy kids. I like us all to eat together, but time pressures mean making something specific for me is tough, and getting them to eat something vaguely healthy is tricky. Trying to cut portion size and reduce snacking is about it really.

Stayed the same this week, BMI had gone down though, would of been a loss but wife had gone away for the weekend and I was playing poker in the afternoon yesterday and when the kids started badgering for their tea ended up getting us all a pizza.
Not bothered though as did more exercise last week than I probably did all year last year, no where near fit yet but feel loads better in myself.

Run out of sugar this morning so made the change over to sweetener and the kids wanted a bacon sarnie for breakfast so I did them one I had melon, mango and grapes. So 9lb after 3 weeks, will aim for another 3 this week.

Yeah defo buying a bike but want to get a good one as i'm a bit of a snob.  Biking in would be a piece of cake.

Enjoying the walking for now.  Think it could be key to my weight loss program.

I've been spending some time online today checking out healthy options at fast food outlets.  At this stage I've managed to avoid bad stuff but am certain at some point I will fancy a maccy d's etc so its good to know what are the "best" options for me.

Just weighed in at 16st 10lbs, so a 3lb loss this week. This week ahead is going to be tough as I'm away with a work thing for a couple of nights and booze will be unavoidable on at least one of them, also food temptation will be everywhere, so I'm going to aim for a 2lb loss this week but will probably be happy with any loss.

wow, exactly 100kg on the scales = 220 lbs = 4 lbs lost this week = 10 lbs lost so far = 14 lbs or 1 stone to go. sweet.

so next week gonna try and keep to 2000 cals. hopefully i can keep to this for the next couple of months and lose the weight cos i really don't want to go any lower.

this thread is great, well done everyone!
