I don't mind personally. Will be good to see recipe ideas etc. Interesting to see how your weight gain goes as I reckon a few of us could put a stone on over a weekend. obv not the type of weight you would want to put on though.  Reminds me of when i did a walkers crisp prop..

Details?

Mate bought 24 bags of assorted walkers and bet me a tenna i couldn't eat em all 24 in 48 mins. Might sound easy but it proper hurt. Did em in 40ish, was struggling to swallow and didn't shit properly for a week or so. Started with the flavours i liked that was probs my biggest mistake. Hardest tenna i've ever earned.

Can I be added to page 1 please Lee.

Current weight is 15st 7lb. Target weight is 16st 7lb whilst maintaining 36.5" waist.

Target date is 1st June with a £20 penalty per lb missed and a fixed penalty of £50 for being over 36.5" waist measured at the belly button.

Starting day today for me.

I had a really bad lunch of breakfast sandwich, bag of crisps and chili beef slice. Now this obviously won't hurt my goal of gaining weight but I need to stay slim and it isn't going to help that one bit!!

Other than that I've been pretty good but I need to look at consuming more healthy calories.

I've posted today's intake on my training thread. I don't want to clutter this thread with too much stuff so I'll give cliffs here only.

Those that are interested know where it is so I won't link it.

It's weird when I am in a bad mood first thing I wanna do is drink and eat, when I'm in a good mood I normally wanna celebrate with a nice meal and loads of other stuff which is bad for you. When my head is down and I'm just grinding out life I stick to it fine. Moodswings ftl. Breaking the actual Emotional link with food is the hardest part Imo. Well done on staying strong Lee.
Thanks mate ....
Even made it till bedtime phew!

Just weighed in at 228 dead for a 2.2lb gain which isn't all bad after 3 days on the piss eating a 4/5 course meal every night with a bottle of wine thrown on top. Then 3 4am finishes with an abundance of Gin/Vodka plus the occasional Sambuca or Jaegerbomb thrown in too. I did tally up some of my drinks but then forgot to keep it going when I got drunk Cheesy

No more trips until March 9th now so a good 6 week blast to get rid of some timber, once I've sorted out all my tax stuff I'm gonna buy some dumbbells and a bench and start lifting again at home. I'm not looking likely to be in good enough nick to train at the gym anytime soon and my next appointment with the consultant isn't until April unfortunately.

Glad to see everyone kicking on well, excellent to see it wp all

I can't believe I've signed up for this. I'm regretting it already.

I hope you lot realise how difficult this is going to be.
