Is houmous good or bad for you?
Depends whether you eat it, drown in it, put 20kg of it in a bag and drop it on your head from 10000 feet..... Sorry. I'll go away now. Plus it tastes like shit *shocked face* narp! Don't need to work out to know hummus tastes shit. A decent quiche isn't a bad thing though...

It's not superb food but if you are eating with macro targets in place you can manipulate them so it fits in. Generally it's high carb, moderate fats and low protein. Good fats though and hardly any saturated according to nutrition calcs. 100g is 177cals Protein 5g Carbs 20g Fats 9g Is the other 66g sawdust?

why would the gay burglar rearrange your furniture and cook a quiche? was the quiche already in the house in which case you're insinuating that you as the homeowner/quicheowner are also gay or did they take it with them? if they took it with them then why?
think your joke would work better without the burglary element

He made the quiche out of raw ingredients that were already in the house. Left in a hurry as i pulled up in the drive hence why still in the oven. Burglar rearranged the furniture due to the feng shui not being right.

I see 4g is fibre, does water count for some of the weight? I just use the basic 3 macros in pro/carbs/fats and try to make sure I don't get too much salt too. Beyond that I don't overanalyse things too much possibly a flaw but I think for someone like myself just getting those 3 right is enough
