So who might be shy of their target then?

I reckon I will be 4-8lbs shy of it, not going to weigh myself between now and the end though, just focussing on doing the best I can.

I'll not have made any progress I know that, I was 220lbs when I got back from Clacton  last Tuesday and I'll not have made any progress this week. I've been pretty lazy whilst Cheltenham was on, not lifted and been eating whatever mum & dad have been having along with sweets too.....

Glad I've got 3 months until my D-Day though thank fk as I should still be ok, I'm going to London to play the Genting comp at the Fox in 2 weeks though and will have to ensure that I don't get sidetracked upon return again.

Starting Weight: 15st 5 1/4 lb

Target Weight: Under 14st

Current Weight: 14st 2lb (Weight loss of 1 1/4 lb this week)

To goal: 2 1/4lb.

Pretty chuffed this week to have lost weight, as I have been ill all week and only managed the gym twice. This is the third time in a month which suggests I have been overdoing it, but during all those ill days I still managed to lose significant weight so I think it is testament to a change in eating habits (No bread ftw).

Last night was tough, home game with the lads, they were all scoffing down kebab pizzas, I had nothing, I think having a blocked up nose saved me from going feral on a pizza.

Thankfully my mates, who like all good mates, are the rudest pricks in the world to their own mates, all commented on how much weight I had obviously lost, so for them to do that spurred me on.

Lets do this fatties, time to start taking laxatives and shaving off any unwanted body hair.

Actually a sick, greekstein-esque, part of me wanted to have to lose 5lbs this week for the sweat.

I will be at UKIPT for a day or two.

wedding is May 10

However, I have my stag do in Notts, including a private game for my mates at DTD, on March 30 & 31. I have already said any fatties who wants to have a beer on Friday and/or Saturday that weekend is more than invited. Gonna be a quiet one on Friday, maybe a few in DTD, then a private game at 3pm on saturday, followed by a day sesh round notts.

Just got back from a 3hr walk around the countryside. Feet are wrecking. Not gonna lie not had the best of weeks, Mon - Fri, 0700-1900 i am abso fine and don't deviate from the plan, but once i get in from work instead of going to the gym I have been grabbing a couple of bags of crisps or the biscuit barrel and laying on the couch scoffing my face. Yesterday had bacon and sausage baps and pizza and chips for tea, with a couple of bags of crisps thrown in for good measure. Having a Sunday roast later today then back on it hardcore from tomorrow including exercise.

Starting weight = 24st 11
1st Goal weight = 22st 11
Current weight = 22st 9.6

Need a miracle to reach my original target of 1stone per month. I would need to drop 12.6lbs in just under 2 weeks. I could do it if i just drank shakes but i have spent a tonne on meat for the next couple of weeks and am too much of a nit to let it go to waste.

As long as i don't go completely tits up next week I shouldn't owe the charity anything.

Keep it up fatties.

Ok - starting weight  186.6 pounds/ 13 stone 3
Weight today 181.8 pounds/ 12.9

4.8 pounds lost.

pretty pleased with that as I have fallen off the waggon occasionally. I know that in the first week there is fluid loss but I'm still happy with a positive start.

This thread delivers because without it I would have had 2 chocolate eclairs on Thursday afternoon without fail.
