Sigh, time to pay the price of two fun weeks eating, drinking, marrying, and holidaying etc.
14st 7lb. Weight gain of just over 5lbs. and 7 1/4 off my target. We had the family/friends wedding party last night so hopefully some of that is undigested cake.
Had a fun time this last two weeks so wouldnt do it any different, its all guuuuuud.
How long do we have left? 4 weeks?

To not give a penny to charity i have just over 9 weeks to lose 52lbs = 5.8lbs per week.
Calendar:
2nd June - Jersey Shore Party 9/10th june blond bash 24th June - Missus Bday 9th July - Final weigh in, need to be 20 stone flat. (current 23st 10)
Update: 23st 0 7 weeks 1 day to lose 42lbs = 6lbs per weekso currently 0.2lbs off target. I had the FA Cup which spilled over a few days which i wont be doing again and I have only been doing sensible eating and exercise. Saving drastic measures for the last few weeks if needed.

Right this is where i stand....
Ive been off it for a month. My last weigh in was 22st 11lbs and i need to be at 22st 5lbs to of kept off 24lbs by the end of this challenge.
I have been entered into the Leeds 10k by my good buddy Mr Paul Ho which is going off 7 weeks today.
Im back at the gym tomorrow to start training for this and will weigh in.
Im looking at about a stone loss also in 4 weeks so lets get back on this crazy horse.

Weighed in at 22st 12lbs so not as bad as i thought. Need to lose 7lbs for the challenge.
Today i did 45 minutes on treadmill. 12 minutes jogging at the start followed by 15 minutes of speed interval followed by a final jog.
Any of the runners got any tips for training for a 10km in 7 weeks?

much the same as you're doing but just add a little bit on each week. 10k isn't that far so mixing in the speedwork is good, you're not trying to just grind out miles BUT get off the bloody treadmill and go and run outside, no reason to be running indoors at this time of year

I'm still whirling away, head in a good place atm, eating healthy choices (and not under duress) will have an extra boost pre Vegas just to allow for a couple of slips out there. Now I'm eating healthily, I have more energy for the gym etc. Didn't drop as much weight as first anticipated (came off the shake diet sooner than I predicted) but shouldn't be any fines...
Overall, happy camper.
