lunch: ham omelette, chips and beans, diet coke. raisin and biscuit yorkie 1100ish i reckon
dinner: protein flapjack 286
low fat greek yog, berries and decapitated mr kip's apple pie. max 400 cals

total 1800ish

no exercise

just works as a mild appetite suppressant for me, increases your metabolism slightly as well apparently.

Day 4

bacon roll and some cheese 430
protein FJ strawberry cornetto 426
small steak pie, chips and veg 650
choc pudding 345

total 1851 cals

was meant to be doing a ton of exercise today but daughter conned her mother into letting her have a day off school and of course i had to look after her.

Sigh.

 I Will be back on this thread ..have been busy and had a lot on my plate (steak) at the min...

i Will update weight and dates etc.

Got back into it now, the jet lag has finally started to go. Done a couple of 8k runs ahead of my race on July 1st.

Once the race and this current challenge is over, I think I will keep the routine of having a challenge going. I was thinking of doing a 100 push up challenge next (Currently can do about 15 in a row)
