Weighed in today at 22st 7lbs which is a loss of 4lbs in 24hrs. Gonna weigh in everyday this week to see the effects of a new supplement I'm taking.

Did another 60 minutes on treadmill. 6.2km 850 cals.

What supps you on m8, T5 fatburners?

I wouldn't bother weighing yourself every day mate as that won't really tell you if they're working. Your weight can fluctuate massively anyway day to day due to water weight and other factors.

I can put on 1/2 a stone if I eat enough crappy carbs in a day and then ditch it in 2 days after Cheesy

Been running most days and down to 14st 1lb (yep, weighing myself every day atm) so feeling pretty good about my chances now I've managed to get an extra week back that I wasn't expecting.
