Requirement is such a vulgar word, obv do what you want fella. I was thinking 100 for thinnies, 75/50 for fatties.
Looking forward to the next vid seeing that nose touch the floor.
I weigh 17st so not exactly a thinny. Can I do 83?

Tried a few press ups today at the gym just as an experiment.
I'd already trained arms so was a little bit fatigued but I managed 4 sets of 20, 18, 18 and 14.
They were narrow presses as well so quite a bit harder than normal ones as you use more triceps than chest.
Quite pleased with that overall. Can't see 100 being any kind of problem tbh given 8 weeks or so.

Decided to do this as well as I've given myself 2 months to lose 7 kilos and thought I'd do this alongside. Haven't trained in the gym for a few months now - my wrist still dodgy but just about good enough to get back into it I think.
I did pressups today and stopped on 42. I used to be able to do 60 odd without too much difficulty. Bad times.

The scales are definitely a bit dodgy! I did get down to below 16, but am now hovering a bit higher... "16 and a big bit" imo" good old vegas scales Will see how the trip goes, plenty of gym/swim/golf planned, but plenty of eating too obv. When I get back, will re-assess and into the second half of the year.

42's pretty awesome if you've not done any for ages. What you weighing in at now? You lost a fair bit in Thailand didn't you? No training since then?

Been playing football twice a week but no training since Thailand. Hate injuries, never had a single serious one before I was 24. I weigh 87kgs atm. Was 103kgs when I first got to thailand.
