Yesterday's food.

Breakfast.
Eggs on toast.

Lunch.
6 x crispbreads with Philly & sweet chilli sauce.

Dinner.
Tuna with red pesto pasta and salad.

Sundries.
3 x boiled sweets.

Total calories. 1100.

Starting weight. 14st 7 1 /2lb
Target weight 13st.
Today's weight 13st 7 1/2lb.
Loss / gain this week. 1 1/4lb

Slow  going, but that's a stone shifted.

WEEK ONE loss =  7.5lbs.

Week TWO Loss = 3lbs.

Week THREE Loss = 2.5lbs;


TOTAL loss so far, after 23 days, = 14.5lbs.


February 23rd - 13st 1lb (0.5lb loss)

February 24th - 13 stone 0lbs (1lb loss)

Yesterday's Intake;

1 x latte.

4 x Ryvita with Phili-Lite & sliced fresh toms.

1 x roast chicken breast diced & covered in corn-mealy stuff, two hard boiled eggs, beetroot, pineapple, radiated mushrooms.

HUGE fresh fruit salad, strawberries, grapes, blueberries, pineapple, apple & banana.

Week Three Target - 3lbs loss - missed by 0.5lbs

Week 4 target - 2lbs Loss

Month One Target - 1 stone loss. 


Now, if I may indulge, incoming chirp.......

Can't bear to weigh every day, too depressing when I eat virtually nothing and somehow have put on a pound.

But finally weighed in for the first time in 2013.

Down 20lbs in 55 days.

Pretty happy with that.
