There was supposed to be 4 of us start weight watchers tonight...... for various reasons the other 3 cancelled

one is going to do it on his own !
one was diagnosed with diabetes and is seeing his doctor and hopefully starting next week!
one is going away for 3 days and doesn't want to put on weight the first week and is going to start next week !

i could of used that as an excuse and left it till next week but decided to go on my own.........

weigh in number 1 with weight watchers 17 st 10lb tonight !

i am trying this with a thing called simple start for the first two weeks.

i am also going to post what i eat on here (to start with) which will help me not to mess up cos i will have to admit it!......

for the first time in ages i am motivated to do well

my aim is to be 15 stone on the 14th April when i fly to Vegas.

Seen this as all I know about you atm on the weight front, best of luck with it.

I weighed myself at home today & was 17st7lb which is a loss of 7lb since the start of jan.  I'm not going to get too carried away, a big loss is always expected at the start so the hard work starts now!

Today's food.

Breakfast:

3 rounds (small) wholemeal toast with marmite.
cup of tea with 1 sweeter.

Lunch:

4 rounds wholemeal bread (small) with tuna.
bag of french fries
small banana.

2 small clementines

Dinner:

3 rounds (small) wholemeal bread with 3 poached eggs & beans.
nil fat yoghurt.
1 clementine.

i think i need to vary a bit more as much as i have enjoyed today's food albeit small Ive eaten ten rounds of bread !

Lee how many points are you on? You are defiantly not filling your meals up with enough 0 points food. I never eat breakfast usually but when I was on WW I was having a healthy fry up most days. 2 tesco light choice Cumberland sausages 3 points, 2 slices of toast 4 points, loads of tomatoes and mushrooms and sometimes boiled an egg for another 2 points.

Have loads of good meals if I can find my book.

Good luck with it personally I lost 2stone 5lb in a year and have kept most of it off without going back to meetings for the last year. I can't recommend it enough to people but everyone has their opinions it's just what works for you

Weighed in at 14st13 this morning, so a 9lb drop. Happy with that. Groin is killing from exercise bike though, not ideal.

I was gonna start last week, but I just didn't feel like it.

I have ordered in some MRPs for breakfast, some protein pancake powder for treats, and might as well get to it.

Hi everyone, I posted this a few weeks ago, and think it will help a lot of people on here. Hopefully everyone already knows it, but if they don't this could be a game changer.

'Some pretty solid advice for weight loss, ignore everything that says low fat.

The definition for low fat from the dictionary for economics is as follows:

'lets chuck some chemicals in here that wont help the human body but take down fat levels so we can make a fortune.'

Good luck everyone this week and stay focussed, first few weeks are always the toughest on the body and mind.
