Summer's over, so lucky me I get to eat as much food as I want, often times more food than I want. Saying goodbye to my abs again for a bit tho. VEGASLOVER: Hw quickly do you think you can get to 15st0 ?

VEGASLOVER: Hw quickly do you think you can get to 15st0 ? If I really wanted to can lose a stone in 3 weeks, done that in the original challenge where money was on the line. Certainly wont be doing that though, just eating clean and building up the exercise.

2nd April 19 stone 12 9th April 19 stone 8 (4lbs lost) 16th April 19 stone 5 (7lbs lost) 23rd April 19 stone 4 (8lbs lost) 30th April No weigh in 7th May 19 stone 4 (no loss) 14th May 19 stone 2 (10lb loss) 21st May no weigh in 28th May 18 stone 13 (13lb loss) 4th June 18 stone 13 (no loss) 11th June 18 stone 10 (16lb loss) 18th June No weigh in 25th June 18 stone 10 (no loss)
10 Sept 18 stone 10 (re starting)
Quite happy to have maintained weight over the summer having kept an eye on what i have eaten/drunk but nothing too serious. I feel like i have learnt how to eat more sensibly (esp portion sizes) in order to maintain my weight but back on it now to drive it down to sub 18 stone and move on from there. I have to go through this pain so i can just keep my weight balanced once i have lost the weight. This is the really hard bit actually shifting it and being disciplined for a few months.
What's happened to everyone else? Tikay/Reddog/Leefish? Goals achieved?

Great work; keep going! I have a few questions: - How many calories are you consuming during your 5 "off" days?
- What sort of foods do you choose during your 2 "on" days?
- Do you pick the same 2 days every week and how do you decide which days they are going to be?
- Are you doing any sort of training?
- If you had to guess right now, by when do you think you would hit your target weight?

Good steady weight loss bro. Sucks to hear about your arm. How did you do it?

Good steady weight loss bro. Sucks to hear about your arm. How did you do it? Usual staff, tricep, elbow very sore next day on one arm only, bit unusual as it is my stronger/dominant side. Still early days back in gym so making sure it heals well so as not to become a long term injury
