Great to see Delph start, but if he gets injured for the third time this season I will not be amused; only 3 league starts needed ffs!

Couple of greyhounds stick out for me tonight at Romford :

906 Gortkelly Nidge (T6) - Lovely draw, won last week, price shortening as we speak, 5 railers inside him all the space he needs to the bend. Nap, recc £80 @ 5/2 BETFAIR SB

956 Flemish Status (T5) - Consistent on the clock, has 4 railers inside him and not much pace to the bend either side, hopefully can get a sight at the bunny and take control off the 2nd bend, NB, recc £60 @ 7/2 BETFAIR SB

£60
21:06 Romfd 13th Nov

    5/2
    £210.00
    6. Gortkelly Nidge
    Win

    Bet Ref: O/0140260/0000175

£40

21:56 Romfd 13th Nov BOG

    7/2
    £180.00
    5. Flemish Status
    Win

    Bet Ref: O/0140260/0000176

amounts because that is all we have on betfair sportsbook

5/2 into 11/10 didn't clear them at bend got trouble throughout.

7/2 into 5/2 just couldn't hold 6 to the bend got trouble at first then started running but lost 3/4L into 2nd.

ul matty.  2 cracking prices.  Both vul in running.  Good work.  Spots like this need the same congrats as when they lose as when they win because they are the bets which make fred 5% over time otherwise we are being results orientated.  Wish i could get on these early's.  I would do the card then in the morning.

http://www.oddschecker.com/football/euro-2016/england-euro-2016-specials/to-make-finals-squad

Anyone see any value in players to make the Euros squad here?
Surely Bertrand @ 8/11 is good?
I was thinking Dier @ 3/1 might make it in as a utility player (RB, CB, DM)?

Fred can't get on as it's with beteveryday, but I'll put it up for others anyway. India v South Africa test series, 2nd test starts 4am tomorrow. Market I'm interested in is top Indian bowler (series). Ashwin is currently tied with Jadeja on 8 wickets after the 1st test. There are 3 tests remaining. Ashwin has a tremendous record in tests played at home He has played 16 tests in India, taking 103 wickets at an average of 23. Jadeja has been prolific in India also, with 35 wickets in 6 games at an average of 17.5. He also came into the series in great form, He played 3 domestic games in Raijkot (his home ground) on pitches prepared to suit him (so he could get back into the test side), and took 6-27, 5-45, 6-71, 6-55, 6-75 and 7-60.

Jadeja be very confident going into the rest of the series but I feel he's a bit of a one-trick pony. He is dangerous on pitches that have variable bounce and spin early, but no more so than Ashwin is. The pitch for the 1st test was spinning from day 1 and was perfect was Jadeja, but Ashwin matched him. If the pitches remain like that it should be a close battle but I think the class of Ashwin shines through. If the pitches hold together a bit better that will nulify Jadeja, where as Ashwin has the tricks to be a threat on decent batting tracks.

Basically I have the feeling that Jadeja can't perform any better than he did in the 1st test, and he took the same amount of wickets as Ashwin. I can envisage plenty of scenario's where Ashwin takes a lot of wickets and Jadeja isn't as prolific as in the 1st test. The draw is being backed off the boards so we may be in for a flat pitch here. For 1st innings top wicket taker Ashwin is in at 7/4, with Jadeja at 10/3. That's a fairer assessment of their relative abilities. Over 4 tests class should win through, and Ashwin being priced up at 5/6 compared to Jadeja at 5/4 isn't taking into account the gulf in class on half-decent tracks, not the absolute minefield Jadeja was a handful on in the 1st test.

I don't think I'd back Vardy at 1/2. If the announcement was tomorrow, yeah I would. But he can't keep this form up all season surely?
J-Rod at 33/1 isn't a palp I don't think, I don't understand how the other books are so short on him. If Andy Carroll is 25/1, J-Rod looks about right at 33/1. He still hasn't come back from that injury really.

He has more versatility than carroll, he could play wide in the 451/433 and when you consider the players who play wide for england and their injury prospects he seems to have a decent   chance at 33s?

Vardy at the very least is going to flog his guts out for the cause. Cant see a fall off big enough to unwrite what hes done that doesnt involve a major injury.

rooney, kane and walcott are certainties if fit

he'll take 4 strikers? not 5

that leaves Vardy, Wellbeck, Ings etc going after one spot

currently that would be Vardy, but not at 1/2 thanks.

we are on Kings Palace at 9/1 e/w

http://www.oddschecker.com/horse-racing/cheltenham/14:25/winner

this is a competitive book though, paying 5 places at 107% best odds

seen words for Irish Cavalier (neil) and boondama...

is there scope for a second bet in this race?

How did we get on with the bosnia bets please?

i have been trying to confirm this but looks like both were losers?

Bosnia had 3 shots on target total, one would be Dzeko's goal

only one booking in the game, can't find how many fouls whelan committed

is there, for future reference, a site that gives game stats in this detail?

have put both down as losers
