I usually start Saturday with football. I just don't bet much on it.

Plus Barca beat and the last two live tv spanish and Italian games on Sunday both finished 0-0 to totally finish off the wagons on the chevy late Sunday night.  Pretty insane weekend for the punters from start to finish.  Coral's head of football was moaning too many favs got beat this weekend.  He would prefer them more spaced out.  They were perfectly spaced out all weekend from the early sat tv games until last thing on Sunday night.  As soon as one acca went down punters were balls deep in the next one then another one and so on all weekend long.

I expect the bookie PR men will have Monday off with their feet up.  Don't expect to hear much from them as they push the wheelbarrows off to the bank.  Would be lovely for one of them to come out just for balance and say 'we won £50m on football this weekend and no one in any of our shops got an acca up across the whole estate.'

Fav and over doubles copped in all 3 live sky nfl games though so they give a little bit back there to punters who really did start chasing properly on anything that moves.

How about "Because no one won their acca, no one came into the a shop to collect their winnings and then blow half of it on roulette, so FOBT revenue was down by 20%"?

Those poor bookies just can't catch a break.

As for the NFL, the Patriots got beaten for the second week in a row (at home when massive favourites) and the 12-0 Carolina Panthers came from behind in New Orleans to win but didn't cover the spread.

They look like they have messed the lot up.  They make them odds on favourites but +1.5 is evens.

I think they wanted to start at -2, but put the sign in wrong, so every price is for a score that is 4 points away.  I'd be very wary of putting £200 on.

Does the price still being there 4 hours later weaken their case for a possible palp?

As far as I know he is still there, but I imagine they focus Tweets on the @SkyBet feed, as that has 250,000 Followers, & Dale "only" has 16,000.

Dallas v Washington

Dez Bryant has been woeful this season, as injuries to himself and Tony Romo have led to him going over 48 yards ONCE this season.

He is up against a respectable Redskins Defence, which ranks 12th on passing yards given up per game, and he has the uninspiring Matt Cassel passing to him.

This is a game where i can see the Cowboys running it a lot (Washington's defence give up the 4th most rushing yards per game)

The line for yards for Dez goes up as high as 70.5 which just seems like great value, I cant see him going past 50 personally.
