David Haye fights on Saturday night against 28-0 Swiss based Arnold Gjergjaj. Easy to overlook for his lack of size, Haye is a world world class heavyweight living in the shadows of Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua. His explosive power, shot selection, and finishing skills are top notch. He was  unfortunate to run into Wladimir Klitschko, a safety first giant who had perfected the art of beating a smaller man. Gjergjaj is no Klitschko. Gjergjaj is like Audley Harrison but without the awkward southpaw stance. Or the punching power. Or the amateur pedigree. Or the professional pedigree. Or the hand speed. Or the foot speed. Or the technique. Or the strength. Basically, he is tall. Being tall is a good thing, unless you have no defensive skills, in which case it a bad thing as you become a bigger target. Gjergjaj has no defensive skills. Once he gets backed into a corner or against the ropes he's in serious trouble.

The over/under line is 3.5 rounds, that's 3 and a half rounds, the 1 minute 30 second mark of round 4, 10 minutes 30 seconds of fight time. The infamous Haye-Harrison bout had 7 minutes 53 seconds of action, but Gjergjaj is more on the level of Haye's last foe Mark De Mori who lasted 2 minutes 11 seconds. Such is the level of this mismatch it's hard to even put a price on Mr Ger-jai surviving 3 and a half rounds.

Rec £525 @4/7 on under 3.5 rounds with Billy Hill, V C, or unibet http://www.oddschecker.com/boxing/david-haye-v-arnold-gjergjaj/total-rounds And take £75 on round 1 @ 7/2 http://www.oddschecker.com/boxing/david-haye-v-arnold-gjergjaj/round-betting Ladbrokes differ with their round group betting. They go within 3 rounds (end of the third) which offer similar value at 8/11, laying £343.75 to a 10% account.

crikey

i am really struggling to put £600 on. i have to think about account balances (hardly any have £525 in anyway), what we need to operate normally and not wanting to ask tikay to re-deposit if the worst were to happen

i will cogitate.

Having a look at Wales for the Euros

Wales scored 11 goals in 10 qualifying games, 7 of which were against either Israel or Andorra and they are drawn in group B with England, Russia and Slovakia

England conceded only 3 goals in qualifying, Russia only 5 in a qualifying group that contained Austria and Sweden

Slovakia is where it gets a little more messy, they conceded 8 in 10 qualifiers and 3 of those goals were scored by Spain but they did allow 2 vs Luxembourg.

I think that 364 have this about right at 14/1 so at 16/1 I think theres some wiggle room in there with BMU

Rec £50 No Welsh Goalscorer at 16/1 with BMU

My first impression is that Laddies' 8-11 within three rounds is a better price than 4-7 within 3.5 rounds. Think I'll do that and 7-2 a first rounder.

In David Haye's last fight I'd a double max on under 4.5 rounds. It seemed impossible overs could land but with nagging doubts about something going wrong I kept it to myself rather than put my neck on the line. Haye showed he had zero intention of going rounds and he easily took De Mori out in the first. Now he's picked anther opponent who in the grand scale of things can't box. Gjergjaj is so bad I laughed at the footage of him boxing. In the words of Sky's Spencer Fearon on the toe2toe podcast "this ain't a fight, it's a public execution."

Any love for Kevin De Bruyne top scorer at 40s with most firms?

Coming off the back of a successful first season with us, he won player of the month 4 times, scored plenty of goals and is back to full fitness after his layoff around Easter. With Hazard and Lukaku both out of form, a lot might be expected of KDB to step up to the plate. Belgium don't have the easiest group but big things are expected of this talented bunch of players, and Fellaini.

He got 5 in qualifying fwiw, but that included some pub teams.

Alternatively, he's 20s to be player of the tournament at betfair. If Belgium go far, KDB is gonna have a big say in it with goals and assists.

Forgot to add, think Griezmann should be an auto bet.

Skybet are 6-4 about Wilshire starting England's first game of Euro 2016. This is too big for those that can.

Yes,he rather gave his wicket away cheaply, I thought.

No pressure, they had seen the bowlers off, nearly 50 on the board and half an hour to lunch on Day 1.

Having said that, the kid Shanaka looks very useful indeed, considering it is his debut, and he is not old enough to shave yet.

He is just slow though. After you have seen off bowlers 1,2 and 3 you shouldn't be getting out to that!!

Compton is bloody useless too.

The kid has got another now, no less than Joe Root.

The boy must be very proud, what a dream debut for him, 3 wickets in 2 overs on his first morning in Test cricket.

3 for 1 in 2 overs, very nice, especially as it included Cook and Root.

It's not a bad start for someone who is in the team as a batsman!

Not sure if the invite for thoughts is just to the sages that make this such an interesting board to follow; but I'm going to chance my arm with 2p's worth.

Unless Gareth Bale gets injured in the lead up to Champions League final on 29 May (or indeed during the match), then I'd be concerned about him producing a moment of world class skill against any one of the 3 teams in the group. Drawing a foul in the penalty area would be enough. Is there some intel that suggests he's carrying an injury into the final?
