Is this 3rd place finish thing gonna be the norm going forward? Or just an experiment at this comp?

Cos it's bollocks.

Isnt the next one meant to be 32 teams? Its spoiled games imo, teams hanging on for third.

The flip side is that there are never any dead rubbers.   Unless you are as useless as Ukraine.

Poland are in the easy half of the draw.  Currently 28's to win  1/3 odds E/W

Seems a bit big to me.  Have to play Switzerland in the last 16.

Don't back anything ew at 1/3 the odds.  Terrible value.  Plenty of books are still 1/2 1,2.

£10 for klinsman next southampton manger at 2.20+ on BF exchange

3 other bookies have him at 1.33 1.33 and 1.40

so basically a bet due to the price being wrong

i'd be a bit wary of assuming a 2/5, 8/11, 3/1 book is more accurate than betfair.   would probably say the same about 1/3, 11/4, 6/1, 7/1 which doesn't even include all the runners.

yeah the betvictor book is still holding the price of pellegrini though as he was odds on everywhere today and saints fans were waiting for him to sign

All 8 bookies with this market have him at 1.4 or lower seems odd when betfair is still over 2.3

Bookies are just ultra cautious. They don't want to be sat on their own at 6/4 when it is confirmed.  Looking at volumes on betfair, the announcement doesn't look close.

last price matched Klinsmann 3.8, Pellegrini 2.54.  Weird, volume on both isn't huge and the 2.54 clearly wasn't a big bet.  3/1 available on Pellegrini in 2 spots.

Plus books bet these markets to 400%+ usually with the added bonus of the potential winner not even being quoted on certain occasions.

Ty atdc21 - top tipping

I have a strong selection, but only at a short price:
Newbury 6:40 Naifah - won last week at Ascot and should find this race straightforward

What's the reason for the drift today Lord Chomp's with the sharper books out there?

never seen BFSB and exchange so wide on prices

think all this means is that nobody even at the club has any idea who we will be getting and as the deadline they set of the 1st of july for the first players coming back is approaching its getting worrying
