Only Cullen taking out a three figure check out on his own throw to save the first leg is stopping us being 4-0 up here.

Best I've ever seen Gary Anderson play here.

Norris isn't even playing that badly and getting whupped.

A joy to watch!

In other news, the demise of Wade continues. He's finished at the top clearly.

Was never at the top. Must be the luckiest sportsman in history to win 6 majors but never beat taylor in any of them. Can't average a ton and never will average a ton whatever Eric will try and tell you.  Never been remotely close to winning the world chamoionship final never mind winning it. Makes Hewitt in tennis seem unlucky falling into the the softest two year era in tennis to grab the number one spot and a couple of slams.  Got a walk on girl out of it as a missus as well.  Runs better than deadman and posh boy put together for a guy who would prefer to still fix cars for a living than play darts.

Wright goes off tight 2/9 on bf. Job done eve wise just need the result now.

Decent comparison, but I've got Wade > Hewitt at their respective sports.

Wade never used to lose to a lower ranked for a decade long stretch, granted he could never beat Taylor, but he was joint second best in the world for a long time.

When sober.  I have seen him virtually throw numerous games in that decade being so pissed on stage,  he had huge mental health issues to be fair to him but it said a lot more about the sport that every one was playing for second in that decade rather than wades talent, his world championship record is shocking for someone you put in that league.

He hasn't won a major since 2010 as well just for clarity.  Ie when darts got semi tough then really tough. Eric is mugging him off taking a cut of his wages telling him he can win majors in 2015/16.

I was at the game with bet fair in 2012 in Blackpool when he played his greatest ever game IMO losing in the final to Taylor in a real close long distance shoot out. 17-15 I think it was,  I said that day his career was done then. He was mentally destroyed and never recovered.

Pretty crazy we never got the sweets on the monster correct scores here, Wright had played shit, Cullen threw first as well which makes a big difference to extreme scores etc and takes out two three figure check outs.

Thanks arb. Your post was bullish enough to prompt me to nab some -3.5 with BF.

Do you think Taylor will cover 6.5 v green?  Under 98% this handicap, which do you think is the more accurate, paddy or b-way?

Henrik Stenson. Oldest 1st time major winner, breaks Woods' -19 Open record and is the 1st ever Swedish winner.

Spare a thought for Phil. His 17 under total would have have won 140 of the previous 144 editions

In the last 4 days, Phil Mickelson shot his two best career scores in 362 rounds in majors, 63 and 65, and did not win.

Morning tighty.

4 tennis tournaments this week and I have a couple of bets for you. In the Gstaad ATP I think Monaco deserves a 2nd chance, and Pella is a good bet too but they have not made it onto my recommends list.

At Umag I think Almagro is primed to go well. He is in the same half as Cuevas, which is unfortunate, but we get 8's over the 3's for Cuevas.

At Washington we should back Zverev. He says he is equally happy on all surfaces but I think this is his best surface as he still needs his game to develop more. He is happiest slugging it out in baseline rallies which is what this should be.

Umag  Almagro £10 win @ 8-1 with betvictor.

Washington £10 e/w Zverez @ 10's with betfred or ladbrokes. He is 12's with for the lucky few.

Mark O'Meara was 41 when he won his first major I believe.

Stenson only 40.

I really like Asad Shafiq to be top Pakistani batsman for the rest of the series. For those of you lucky enough to have a 364 account the 7/2 is more than fair. The top 3 do not convince me and I only have Misbah as the threat. Shafiq has a sound technique and is the current overall top scorer. He bats at 6 and I've been very impressed with him in the last year. I'd take anything upto 11/4.

Recommend 40 spondoolies.
