As long as Djokovic wins two matches in the group( already beat thiem) it becomes a winner takes all if Murray plays Djokovic in the final.  I assume if both fail to make final Murray will get it.  Not really sure who will be number 1 if djoko is runner up and Murray loses in the semi final.  Murray has just over a 400 point lead but loses almost 300 pts at the end of the month for failing to defend Davis cup pts.  Zero clue to what price he is to be number 1, pass.

I think if djoko makes final and Murray loses in semi, then djoko will be number 1 as you earn 400 ranking points.

He says a centre forward may have to play at centre half.

Just checked and it appears they are short of midfielders too with John Still their manager saying in an article "we are running on empty" after heavy defeat on Saturday. Sounds like their confidence has gone.
