Football season bets. I'm doing the following...
4 x EW doubles
Poshies 9-1, Brentford 9-1
Fleetwood 7-1, Chesterfield 15-2
I am assuming this is for info only. I will hear no accusations of Rebuffery. Never gonna happen.*

Paddy Power refunding stakes on the 15.15. Mount Athos is a best priced 4/1 with them, so we should put the max on, or £25 if feeling nitty.
Thanks Doobs.
We got Maxed at £25, but we are on. I placed it earlier this morning, but am still trying to get caught up.
We have £25 @ 4/1, Paddy Power, Mount Athos, 3.15 Gooders. MONEY BACK IF 2nd.

Nah, settle up after the event, usual stips apply. If you try to back Dortmund with me, I'll just insta-shut you down.
Any thoughts on what you want to do with your BB positions?
Gina is now 4/6 ftw. You have £750 profit coming off her, so can either adjust your position or let it ride. I'm letting it ride.
Dexter is now 7/4 to be top man. Don't really think you kept enough of this one to be riddle-arsing around with it, but york hall.
Confirmed I owe you £12.50 for Assomawongalonga.
Dexter - no, we will let that one ride, as is.
Gina? In truth, I was in Vegas when all this happened, I assume, & have no idea what our position is, so need some help.
We have £750 coming if he wins, yes?
What other options do we have? £750 is a LOT of money to Fred. So is £500, £300, or £250. What are our costs, or downsides? What is the worst that can happen if we let it ride?
I know all about pissing, equity, & walls, but £750 is some helluva lump of money. Don't tell Lord Grumpy or any cloved hoof ruminators though.

We have Express Master running in the semis of the Sussex Cup at Hove tonight, 8:18pm. Much better draw than in the first round and I like his chances of making all in the race.
Ooh, good luck us tonight, Scott, thank you for the nudge.
We have £20 @ 8/1, Express Master to win the Sussex Cup.
Generally a 6/1 shot at the moment.

Feel like I haven't put up a bet for ages. Been a bit busy.
Fancy one strongly at Goodwood today in the maiden.
The clue is that this is a pretty weak race. There is a big field but most come from yards who like to give them a run. Stoute has the favourite Radiator and I didn't think Ryan Moore sounded too confident in his frank and honest column on Betfair. A lot of there 2-y-olds come on for the run and he says it's similar to Psychometry which certainly did at Ascot on Sunday. There has been no money for Hannon's or Godolphin's newcomers and outside of those, the favourite and the selection there are only four horses less than 40/1 on Betfair. One of those four is bred to stay, two have run only moderately and the other is the Hannon 2nd string. I don't fear any of those.
I think the one with a nice low draw, with form in the book, and with a staying pedigree that will be suited by this 7f is really hard to kick out of the frame.
Amazing Maria is 5.1-5.1 and 2.02-2.04 a place on Betfair for shirt buttons.
I suggest a decent each-way bet at 4/1 with Corals who have 1/4 odds all races today.
I think this could easily go off 5/2 favourite.

There is no downside
Chompy had us put £150 at 8/1 (£125,£25 bets)
He then recommended a £450 lay (£150*3 at 4.0)
The position was therefore locked in at £750 if she wins, 0 if she loses
Run it, I would say.

BETS FOR THURSDAY
On Hills mobile
2.15 Code of Honor at 4/1 £25 already beats Betfair.
3.45 Wild Coco at 11/10 £25 obvious at the price.
Use a free bet on Altano in the 3.15 at 13/2. Hills are best price. It is German, which is good, has run on the soft a few times before, and was eye catching in the Gold Cup. Having watched that race, I am hoping the jockey had an off day!
We should also be looking at Figure of Speach in the 2.45. He is a bad price at the moment, but we get best odds guaranteed, so there isn't much risk of getting a terrible price. I won't be around to tell you to go for it tomorrow.
Bump, but do not back code of honour.
Too late Doobs, I put all these on earlier this morning, it seemed best to get on as early as poss, but I've not yet got round to Posting the bets here.
Confirmations will follow once I catch up. Am struggling a bit this morning, think I need to re-boot myself.
Is ok, just saw it was 7/2 with Hills and 9/2 elsewhere. Should be fine at 4/1. Got to go.

Fred, I expect, has an advanced copy ITT

I got a 25% reload bonus message from Bet365, up to £100. I guess Fred should be taking advantage of this?
I'm not sure if its £100 bonus from £400 deposit or £25 bonus from £100 deposit.

"Decent bet"?
Well August will either start with a bang, or we'll be in a great big hole, as we have had a mini-plunge based on that fascinatingly thorough write up.
We have £50 Each Way (quarter, 1,2,3) @ 4/1, Corals, Amazing Maria, 16.20 Goodwood. (The Bet slip stsates 14.20, but this is incorrect).
Note some mis-clickage occurred originally, & I mistakenly bet £50 Win, so I'll take that for myself, off-thread.

Amazing Maria4/14:20 Goodwood - 01/08/2013
Each Way
Stake £100.00
Estimated Return:£350.00
Total Stake: £100.00
Potential Return: £350.0
