Hello all I have read every single post and I absolutely love this thread. Never signed up for a forum but I have a tentative suggestion and I would like to hear the opinions of others.

I think the industry have overrated this Real Madrid team . I have watched a number of their matches this season and I am yet to be convinced. Additionally I really like what Simeone is doing with Athletico . I have backed Athletico on different sites at prices ranging from 19/5 to 5/1.

If I were to suggest a bet for thread I would recommend laying Real at around 4/5  or backing Athletico DNB  @ 11/4 on betfair.

I would appreciate the input of others.

Off & running Mr K - good luck.

We plumped for DNB.

BET PLACED

GREAT start for fred

@Tal  - thank you for the welcome . I said I read every post I didn't look at the photo montages, well not the one that photo appeared in. ;-)  100% not  a gooner especially  not after that  goal they conceded today that proved to be costly for me. No spider but I have a parrot that has a view on all racing.

@ironside good luck with your selections, I am not saying Real won't win I just don't believe there is value in backing them and the price for an away win seems much bigger than I thought it should be.

I'll give you a steer

MereNovice was looking after Fred while tikay was crushing in Vegas in June 2012.

So, what page did it appear on?

As Atletico are winning and you are therefore a better tipster than I, I'll tell you it was page 666

Evening Mr T.

Tomorrow Exeter host Leicester in the rugby premiership. Nowadays it takes a very good side to win away at Exeter, they only lost to Leicester and Northampton at home last season and beat Leicester the year before. The Leicester side don't look the force they used to and there is no Tuilagi. Leicester lost away at Bath a couple of weeks ago and I think Exeter is a tougher proposition than that. It's been raining all day so expect a low scoring win for Exeter but the draw is a goer too.

Suggest £20 Exeter @ 8/5 with sportingbet and £5 draw @ 25-1 with paddy power or boyles

Chomps, she may cry before and after, but she don't seem bothered when she is singing!

Now Iron, that process, THAT is a FML situation, getting the boot once your butt is on a chair.

What a belting game of football.

Arda Turan is steadily becoming one of my most favourite footballers.

Our bet is looking good at the moment, I would be far happier had we managed a second goal, we have had chances.

That must be the nut win for Nottingham forest having Derby's manager (who just happens to be the son of OBE) sacked after the game.

For anyone thinking Diego Costa to get booked must of been a max bet, it probably was but the odds were only 11/18.

Times up in Madrid And the biggest surprise is that Athletico only won by the 1 goal.
