What?

Oh my - he MUST have known that was not in.

He ought to be given disciplinary action for that, it's blatant cheating, & he knows it. Let that go, & the whole game changes, everyone will be at it.

Bit sad, really.

Daily Report

Profit on Month £17.66

Outstanding Bets £2813.66

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aia1Hxq-NDNWdFk3UmlTSXMzTjRBTVNfOWRndVFsZHc&usp=drive_web#gid=30

A profit of £220 yesterday returned the thread to profit for the month

Two whoppers did the business. As we have just heard the eclectic combination of a cheapwetsuit and Mr Inexhaustible combined for the biggest priced winning tip on here ever (he says without checking) at 150-1 and 125-1 for £133 returned on less than £2 staked. Though I suspect thread's delight pales into insignifcance compared to those not restricted

Phil Taylor stormed to World Grand Prix Success backed pre-competition at 2-1 for a £200 return

Also yesterday Coventry survived a late Sheffield United comeback to add another £20 to the coffers

The losers yesterday?

The £40 Taylor cover bet on Chisnall

Cardiff at Exeter in a really odd game when Cardiff were 36-3 down before they decided to turn up and proceeded to run in four tries

Ben Cohen was not evicted from SCD, though Feltz was, so not all is bad

-£65 on Denver beating the Jags by less than 21.5, meaning the cover won and the main bet lost. When the Broncos went 16 points up with 8 minutes to go I had a few borborygmi, and thoughts of playing the middle and scooping both bets entered my head, but sadly not, the Broncos settled for what they had

Say it quietly, but pick the right quarterback in the draft and the Jags will have a really good team on a two year view. Got some nice players, hamstrung by ineffectiveness elsewhere

The two BE NFL bets cancelled out, one winner, one loser

Onto longer term stuff, not that anyone will read this far with a 150-1 winner in their pocket

Tranmere beat Bradford yesterday.Which was surprising and unwelcome, but Tranmere remain bottom four and it looks a good bet to be relegated to me.

In the NFL we had a huge huge result last night when the Bengals went to Buffalo and won in overtime to go to 4-2 on the season. Baltimore and Cleveland both lost so after six games the Bengals sit atop the AFC North.

The Kansas City chiefs are on pace to effect the biggest ever turn-around from one NFL season to the next. 2-14 last year, now 6-0 after recording 10 sacks in beating the Raiders

Amazingly at 6-0 the Chiefs are still 4/1 to win a four horse race and their division for us. Why? The Denver Broncos who are also 6-0, have the best player in the modern game and a really deep roster.

For both bets, Bengals and Chiefs, we only really scoop if they can somehow overcome the Broncos later in the season

By the by, at Kansas' Arrowhead stadium yesterday the crowd recorded a record volume, at 132.6 decibels, for an outdoor stadium sporting event. Not a home advantage much talked about compared to say Seattle, but when the Chiefs have a good team,it certainly exists

Tennessee scored 13 points in losing at Seattle, which is below what we need for the season points bet but not unexpected at Seattle, another tough place to go and play

News on the QB season bets tomorrow. Brees had a disapponting day at New England, Stafford a good day at Cleveland, Ryan is on a bye

Finally, the Philadelphia eagles beat MRSA inflicted Tampa Bay yesterday to go to 3-3 on the season. Rather precipitously we backed them to win the Superbowl after week one, and they promptly lost the next three. However, the NFC East is so bad that it might only take 8-8 to win the division and get into the play-offs. Once yu make the play-offs, its the team that gets hot that has achance. That is a bet worth watching

I could not see from that, but if true, that's just dreadful.

I find it remarkable that a group can be put together with a common interest and produce the sort of results that Fred does, For all the reasons why we should or shouldn't follow a suggestion, the debates that are had and the reasoning behind the difference of opinions. The tone and mutual respect that is shown within the thread that I haven't seen to this degree anywhere else, whether you are a newbie or been posting since the start Fred is a platform for learning and enjoyment. For all the tips that you don't follow or miss there are just as many that give you a healthy interest and then A gloomy Monday morning when our own personal circumstances dictate whether the start or the week is good or bad, you cannot help but smile when a complete stranger has written a perfect suggestion that you could follow at 150-1................. And it wins!!!!

Well done CWS and all that sail in Fred.

The kids will be eating turkey for Christmas.

Thankyou.

Yup, so do I, constantly.

The thread is a bit special, & the help we have had from the Elders is incredible. We should not take it for granted, a little "thank you" now & then to the Elders, those who put up these winners, & of course Tighty for his amazing Reports, does no harm, either.

Glad you got a bit of the CWS special. Seems quite a few got on, which quite surprised me, as it went up late last night.

Great stuff.
