Some happier news.
Kings XI Punjab have just beaten Chennai Super Kings which is a good result for Mumbai Indians.
Depending on how things pan out, the last play-off position could be decided in the 72nd and last game of the regular season when the winner of the Mumbai Indians v Rajasthan Royals match would qualify. It may also be decided in Mumbai Indians favour before then.

Also, Serena Williams continues to dominate in the women's tennis and has just taken the first set against Medina Garrigues.

This is not good news for me, nut worst result in fact. Gl to the thread though.

Chanderpaul is now current top scorer, so that's the hard part sorted.

I believe the current in-vogue buzz-word is "hold".

Now Samuels has gone, which is good, he was looking a threat.

Nothing to do with the thread but what an innings from Chris Gayle in the IPL
He just scored 128 not out with 13 sixes.

Meanwhile, in the IPL, Chanderpaul's batting twin Chris Gayle has just scored 128 not out off 62 balls with 13 sixes.
Gayle has hit 57 sixes in 14 innings in this year's IPL including the 6 longest sixes.

Tomorrow, these two gee-gees are the incorrect prices with Bet£3.65 if you ask me...

Midnight Rider, 5.40 Newmarket @ 5/1 (I'd go 3/1)
Botham, 7.25 Hamilton @ 10/1 (I'd go 6/1)

Suggest you help yourself.

Gonna suggest a darts punt, but with reasoning;

Back Hamilton to win title @ 18/1

Hamiltons semi is vs Whitlock. Hamilton has played his best game last few weeks whereas Whitlock has been relatively poor. Also Whitlock has never beaten Hamilton on tv

Hamilton will probably go on to meet Taylor in the final (the sticky bit)

However Hamilton will be on a high, and will start quickly. Taylor doesn't like playing catch up and if he is ever going to get beat it will be a to quick starter who makes him tighten up. Taylor has also been title less for sometime and could feel the heat.

Also if wadey beats Taylor the bet will look ok.

So £10 on Hamilton @ 18/1 (it's a punt with logic, not sure Dubai would endorse)

Is this your first tip here Guy? Would be interesting to know how the knowledgable ones would price him up.
