Congrats to Joe Beevers who first mentioned this on the board.

We have Bode Miller tomorrow in Super G @ 22/1 now generally 6/1, but drifting.

Soft snow conditions not in his favour. Bib draw later, with early starters having an advantage. Course setting will be also crucial, but won't be known until an hour or so before the start.

A few possible options as savers later depending on the draw.

A couple of racers I had in mind as savers got unfavourable bib draws.

But Bode Miller has got a few breaks. The start time has been brought an hour ahead to allow for the snow to hold up in colder conditions. He's drawn bib #13, a decent early start & crucially should get course info from teammate Ligety who starts bib #9.

The US Ski team is getting some stick from their home media. Hopefully Miller can answer the critics.

USA USA!

I had a nagging doubt I was missing something...

Christof Innerhofer, on the podium for bronze in the Super Combined.

His career has been hampered by back injuries. But when pain free is fast & spectacular. Results in Sochi so far are silver in downhill & bronze in SC. The last time he showed that sort of form was in the 2011 Worlds in Germany. Result 1st Super G, 2nd Super Combined, 3rd Downhill.

I can't ignore the 12/1 available.

Thanks Doobs. Without the Whitehead factor it was 2/1 > 5/4 about a massive odds on shot.

I hope a few Blondes were on.

Chisora won by a wide UD. That said the number of punches landed would be surprisingly close.

The live updates said he knocked Johnson down in the fifth, so the bet looked great at that point. Johnson threw a punch in the seventh and a woman in the audience immediately fainted with shock, but it was ruled as too low.

Chisora - slimmed down (ish) - is still not fit enough to box for 12 rounds, seemingly.

How long before Joshua is Britain's top heavyweight? 18 months?

Looks like a bronze for Miller. His team mate Weibrecht snatches silver from a late start.

Nah the bet was never in good shape, that much was apparent 90 seconds in. Johnson jabbed and spoiled far more than in his previous fights, and the bet was based on Chisora landing a large volume of punches.

18 months might be a little ambitious when the Fury, Price and Chisora made their pro debuts 4+ years earlier than he did. You may be alluding to the fact those guys are making relatively slow progress right now.
