I think a better bet is Manchester United to win and both teams to score 13/5 Coral
you then don't need them to qualify (for which they are 15/8 ish ) and you'll probably get on a bit more than the above

Nobody guessed the Fred Birthday Boy yet?
He'll be VERY disappointed, but it may spur him on to greater things.
You talk about bets he has posted, is it more a series of different ways to incinerate money?
In not so many words, yes.
We met in Vegas, he was wearing killer heels?

Worth waiting until closer the time to get on Tiger in the Masters or will his price shorten when he is confirmed?

You would have likely bumped into him in Vegas, yes.
Shoes? No idea. I'm not one for shoe fetish stuff myself.

He is pretty much always backed from what I have seen, so is very likely to shorten. You not in Team Jordan?

Masters Golf.
It is increasingly rumoured that Tiger Woods will miss The Masters due to injury.
http://www.tigerwoods.com/news/2014/03/18/69554590/tiger-to-miss-arnold-palmer-invitational-due-to-back-spasms/
Does this open up any exploitable angles for us?
http://www.oddschecker.com/golf/the-masters/winner
get another £200 on this*
http://www.oddschecker.com/golf/the-masters/maiden-winner
and put £50 on Tiger with Bierfart Sportsbook at 10-1
*That is now a great bet again with Tigers slippage
How much do we have on so far?
And we are backing Tiger for £50 @ 10/1 because.....?
Not arguing, just need to understand the thinking.
We currently have....
£50 @ 4/5
£55 @ 8/11
I've just added a further £110 @ 8/11.
I think that's enough.
19/03/2014 GBP 110.00 Single: 1ST TIME US MASTERS WINNER @ 8/11
Betid 37607742900
BET PLACED
I found this on the locked thread
Quote from: tikay on January 20, 2014, 08:52:15 AM
GOLF
1st Time US Masters Winner, £100 @ 4/5, BetVictor, DoubleUp
19/01/2014 GBP 100.00 Single: 1ST TIME US MASTERS WINNER @ 4/5
Betid 36310080700 Time: 01:45 Bet Type: Single Stake: £ 100.00
which i have now added to the spreadsheet
it does not tally with £50 at 4/5 and £55 at 8/11 though

Have been mulling over the 'Budget to say anytime'
http://www.oddschecker.com/politics/british-politics/budget/to-say-at-anytime
market already spoken of itt.
Desperate to find some value I am sorely tempted by 'twitter' at 16/1.
George Osbourne has had a twitter account for a year now, but from what I can see he's (or whoever writes it for him) been using it a great deal more to spam his policies/announcements as of late.
https://twitter.com/George_Osborne
I know last year it wasn't mentioned, but there's no reason imo he won't try and be 'trendy' by mentioning it in some context.
Also believe that now they've used it for a year, perhaps they are more aware of it's growing importance upon society-especially amongst the young.
Far from an expert on these things but 16/1 just seemed larger than i'd expect-didn't expect doubles figures.
Have chucked the max allowed (£20) on it.
Just wondered what peeps thought?
I would have got on @ 16/1, Dom, but at 8/1, I think I missed the value.
