I love 'em, ETTO.

We can't be serious heads all day, we are here to enjoy ourselves.

As 2XUp famously wrote a few days back, please grumble responsibly.

Hold fire on the Golf

Fantastic.

How can you not like that man

"Hunter, Bubba, Webb......they're not names, they're noises"......brilliant

We probably better not go there after what happened to the November 9 thread.

You may need to enlighten me by PM mate, as I know not of what you speak, but would love to!

Its just a great advert, regardless of ur politics I thought.

PS, I write this while slipping out of a tedious lecture on the reason for joint cracking in slot drains in Austria......

Tighty started a thread about the WSOP November Nine thing.

It got 3 replies about November Nine, &, somehow, 120 replies (no exaggaration) about poker players tax situation.

Guess he fears Fred might go off-topic. That'd be a novelty.

Quick PS -  I quite enjoy those "mischievious" PP ads, but the man behind them has now left PP. Bet you can't guess who he works for now?

Don't know if it's of interest to you or not, but BF sportsbook have a "bet £10 on day 1, get a free £10 bet on day 2" offer on.

Ken Robertson "head of mischief" at PP. Didn't he go to Sportsbet? (PP Australian arm).

In Edinburgh for ryder cup- can someone point me in the direction of a max bet on it please to sweat

Halved matches in the 4balls.

Ha!

Did we have a huge debate on the theory of this in the last Ryder Cup? Pretty sure we did. Awesome stuff as I recall. Probably lost, mind.

Yep! Did my brains last time around it would be fair to say.

Essentially I am adamant the halved match tends to be overpriced in the 4balls. I have an idea of where I think it should be...and it tends to be at least a point bigger. Often priced in the same manner as 4somes, which I believe is incorrect. Perm them all up and let it fly...!

Seem to recall we had a fairly substantial bet based on it.

Ed

when you say "perm it up", you mean both foursomes and both fourballs to halve? fourballs only?

the best day 1 4ball tie odds are around 11/4? foursomes around 5/2?

why is this mis-priced?
