Tikay, I also owe you your £24.60 profit from the local Honest Tal Turf Accountant shop.

Thanks Tal,

Was that the chess bet? great fun, & a lovely little sweat.

Hang onto it for now, lets see where we are at the month end.

Thank you, anyway.

For tikay (or Tal/Tighty/whoever handles tft bets!) as I assume he'll read here soon - chess bet has settled nicely I have £54.60 of yours on marathonbet, let me know whether you'd prefer me to send or hold for future bets!

Lovely job, thank you.

Hang onto it for now, please, & we'll see where we are at the end of the month.

As long as we know where we are with money, happy for you to sit on it, maybe we will need your help again soon.

Thank you.

Been a fun Fred weekend!

Thanks Rich.

I can almost picture you, watching 5 TV Screens, 2 laptops, 2 Desktop Monitors, & an I-Pad, taking statty notes on a dozen bets on 5 different sports. Wink

Thoughts on Djork at 6/4 for aussie open?  plenty been done much shorter on bf around 13/10, Murray totally out of form, Fed have a week less rest off season after Davis cup exploits and the emotion of it all.  Hard to see many other realistic contenders.

The price looks short to me. The fastest court in the world gives Wawrinka, and Raonic a reasonable chance. I was hoping to back Dimitrov for this, but his form since Wimbledon has been pants. The only ante post tennis bet I like at present is Nishikori for the French open.

Yup, whilst wearing eye-liner & a frilly silk shirt.

Wonder what background music he has on? Robbie Williams, I suspect.

Ok. No problem. Yes, it was the chess bet.

Weekends are great. So much sport, so many things to funk for and against and so much availability for multiplatform sports nuts.

£80 on Bristol City to beat Posh on Friday please, 13-8 with 356.

Taylor, Maddison and Baldwin are all out and Ferguson will be on his way before much longer. He's completely lost the plot and is only still there now because of past achievements.

There's no belief and TV games have been tough for a while. There could be carnage here, the crowd's unlikely to be over 5,000 and it's again going to be like a library.

We have zero creativity in midfield and Santos is not ready.

Brizzle have lost their last two, against Swindon and Preston, and this is a key game for them. They'll go out pumped up, expecting tough opposition and will be surprised at how easy it is.

Interesting potential cover spot...

Band Aid is on the driff for Xmas no.1 and the X Factor winner is generally around 8-15 now.

Laddies are shortest price about Band Aid (11-8) for Xmas No.1 and have split the X Factor contestants up as follows...

9-4 Fleur, 4 Andrea, 6 Ben, 12 Lauren, 20 Stereo Dicks.

An Andrea double (9-4 and 8-15) only comes to around 4-1 but I still think this is a decent bet (9-4 is tight going by Betty). For me he'd be more likely to have a Xmas No.1 than, say, the Stereo Dicks.

Flick in a pony at 4-1 ta.

Boom!

Anand resigns. Carlsen wins the world chess championship 6.5-4.5 with a game to spare.

Well done!
